This was my 3rd purchase. 2 nd time it got delivered to the wrong address then corrected before the fish thawed. This last time I had to call 3 times
As the delivery date changed twice. Fish arrived as promised the last time. I haven’t seen this product yet as it’s at my Daughters house in Calgary. The 2 previous orders were great quality. I will order again. If shipping date is missed I like to be notified. If possible a tracking number would be nice!

They were easily accessible on the phone and kept me up to date on my order. Can’t wait to try more of their great products - the long cod filets so far were fantastic and we ordered a box bundle.

The fish were good, but the order was not delivered on the date was scheduled. After I emailed and phoned them to asked for my order. They sent it to by UPS the following week.

Reliable service and great quality products.
I wish there was a label for some of them. Hard to tell apart the salmon for evaluation. Sometimes they give a little extra bonus piece if they run out of an item you're ordering and have to replace it with something else.
If you're eating solo, you can spend about 200 here and be good for a month. Haven't seen anything bad with their products. Packaging is good too.

Sorry I have no idea ? Have not received my order yet! It's not due till next Thursday!

Well I ordered ling cod but there was none available so I got a generous portion of sablefish instead. Can’t complain.

Love these guys. This is the 3rd occasion of topping our freezer with best quality fish of all sorts. Delivered to our home with a smile. Vacuum packed and beautifully prepared. Keep up the good work.

Good quality food and good service

The fish is superior and even though there was a glitch in the delivery schedule, Darren personally called me and it was all sorted out.

Order of scallops never delivered. Twice. Hopefully I’ll get a refund or something. Love the salmon though and that is usually good delivery. I actually got my salmon order. Dude is good guy but sometimes logistics is annoying / operations can be improved re: delivery and ensuring orders are delivered and not missed

No matter what I’ve bought- this company truly delivers excellent fish. It’s packed well and withstands the delivery without thawing. I’m happy to support a family business any day off the week - especially one this great.

Spot prawns were great and a perfect off season treat Picking them up from the 1st ave. refrigerator was a real convenience for us in West Vancouver.

Would not recommend. After order placed, I showed up on my pickup date at the courier and nothing was there (1.5 hour drive round trip). When I called to find out what happened, the person who answered started swearing and cursing saying he forgot, alarmingly un-professional language / manners. He did say he would send throw in some free fish, but none ever showed up with order which was 2 weeks late. Also one of the 10 lb bags weighed a little light. I tried calling, and went to voice mail, then immediately got a text saying "call you back" no call ever came back. I get the idea that this might be a one man show out of someone's garage by the sounds of it. Not professional in any way

High quality sockeye salmon, does it get any better??

Darin accepted my last minute order during the busy Christmas season and was very kind and professional. He personally responds to my email so you are very comfortable placing an order. I have ordered a variety of fish and seafood from them and have never been disappointed, the freshness and quality is exceptional. Highly recommend!

A little problem with delivery but was solved right away... service/response was great
