I ordered for pickup in false creek. The emails were a bit confusing about when and where to pick it up, perhaps the emails need to come in a different order or be more clear, but I received a call with the details to clarify it.

It was easy to order, love the sale prices for ocean fresh fish delivered to my door. In fact I’ve got halibut thawing out for dinner and Coho in the smoker.

Learn the system then enjoy the wild products. There is no phone number where you can ask a question only emails. I ordered and went to pick it up but it was not there. This took 3 days to work out as the delivery was delayed and I had to struggle with emails. We finally worked it out and I was able to pick up the product that was not there the first time. Now that I think I know their system, I just wish they would let us know when our order is ready at the specified location for pick up. I hope the next time goes more smoothly.

I placed an order, but did not get it at the scheduled date. Contacted the customer service. Got a quick response the next day. But nothing further. Credit card still get charged.

The description on the website says:
“Each fresh whole chum salmon is approximately 8-10lb. We are charging a flat rate of $25 per fish so you don't need to worry about paying the balance at pickup/delivery.”
However, I was delivered only 21.8lb while I was expecting at least 32 lb. i.e. I am short-shipped at least 10lbs. I’m instructed to:
“ Come to Ladner get another next time .” , instead of shipping me back the shortage…..
So difficult to agree with a time to get the shortage….Very disappointed

Their fish is so fresh! The prices are great and they are so easy to deal with from the order to the pick up process They are very open communicators.

Ordered nearly $300 worth of Salmon and it never showed up at the pickup location but supposedly got delivered. Now I just want my money back but I get no responses from these guys. I own a small business as well, does not take this long to process a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I got no product so give me my money back

Fish is always great quality. I just ate my body's weight worth of spot prawns and couldn't be more stoked. Sometimes, it's difficult to organize a pick up time in my experience and they are not always the greatest at communicating pick up time changes as they are always working. However, the delivery is always spot on and the fish quality again is really great. Love to know I'm supporting local workers and eating locally caught, wild seafood.
