Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing! Alison went above and beyond for us. I really thought with a a credit rating like mines I'd have no chance at ever getting my own house, but Alison pulled magic strings and made it happen. Excellent communication from start to finish.

Exceptional service!
The service provided by Alison at BB Mortgages is exceptional! I had forgotten when my mortgage was due to be renegotiated but Alison knew to the date, even after a five year gap, and got in touch way ahead of time to find me the best deal. She is thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and very friendly! I couldn't recommend Alison and BB Mortgages more highly!

Very professional
Very professional, friendly, patient and extremely supportive team.
I mainly dealt with Alex and Eleanor who couldn’t do enough to make sure you got the best mortgage, that met your needs in every way.
My experience with moving home has been very stressful, yet Alex at BB mortgages always stepped up to support where he could.
I would highly recommend BB mortgages as they made the mortgage process and life cover part so stress free.

Fantastic team! Increadibly reliable, and took on the full responsibility of get the best mortgage avalible and inplace for the purchase. Dean was brilliant, eager to help and accomadating with any qeuires at all the stages making sure I got the best deal (in such a complicated market currently), and was always a phone call away. Rebecca was swift in responding to issues, so much so that she ended up chasing the soclictors regularly to make sure everything was progressing and going smothly. Will be using them again in the future. ★★★★★

Searching for a mortgage broker
Searching for a mortgage broker, I wanted to use a local business. I found BB mortgages on a web search. You never really know what you’re going to get from web searches, but I was delighted with BB Mortgages. Buying a home is a very personal and emotional decision. From my first call, they were responsive, professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. They clearly had a comprehensive range of lenders they can seek the best rates and terms from, more importantly have personal relationships with those lenders which helps to speed up the process. Their fees were transparent and reasonable. My mortgage advisor was Dean who I couldn’t fault. If you need a mortgage advisor, give them a call!

Dean goes above and beyond well and truly. He contacted us about remortgaging in perfect time to get it all sorted, explained everything to us, answered all of our questions and even delivered the paperwork to our home in person due to us having a premature baby and being unable to come in to the office so soon.
