Poor service. Difficult to get delivery confirmed offered compensation which never materialised won't use again

Good customer service very helpful

Company failed to deliver the work tops on the scheduled date giving very little notice. The kitchen fitter was booked in so this caused some issues.

Good communications about the delivery and a friendly and helpful driver

Nightmare so far! I placed an order for acrylic shower panels 6 weeks ago- the website quoted 7-14 working days for delivery however I still have not received my order and have no delivery date. While the staff have been friendly, no one is able to tell me when I am going to receive my order still and they just blame the manufacturer. Happy to revise my review once this gets resolved.

Ordered some shower panels, the company picked up that I had ordered the wrong adhesive and got in contact to order the correct one. They were also very helpful in completing a form to ensure the panels were printed in the correct matching order. Excellent customer service.

Customer service was fantastic, especially Hayley who sorted a really quick delivery and Kylie who assisted with an additional order!

Appalling service. Slow responses. I cancelled the order after several days of chasing due to no stock - this was not communicated by them. I am entitled to a full refund which I’m still waiting for 10 days later.
This is a genuine review. Please consider carefully before using this company. It does NOT take 7-14 days to issue a refund in this day and age.

The second person I spoke to at your company was very rude and was always taking over me. Which is not acceptable as I was the customer. Still waiting on order to be completed as 1 item missing.

They were unable to supply the product I ordered. Which I was informed of. However they will not refund the payment. The order was cancelled on the 24th May.

Product could not be supplied which I was notified after payment made. A refund promised but still has not happened 4 weeks later, service is appalling with operatives unable to help and not possible to speak with any one who can

After asking a particular question relating to the work top I was looking for I was told yes it Square edged but when it arrived it was intact a curved edge. I refused delivery and was then charged for the delivery. When I spoke to Kristen he said he was probably the one who told me it was square edged as he speaks to a lot of customers. So why did I have to pay delivery charges for his error?

Great communication and a great price! Friendly delivery driver who actually only lives a few streets away from me. Ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and was dropped off first thing on Friday a couple of days later. Brilliant service, thanks.

Fantastic from ordering to delivery. I placed the order online through the website but had a query, I emailed and quickly got a respond. The staff were very helpful both over the phone and over email. The delivery was organised with clear communication and on the day the driver was friendly and helpful.
