Richard was very helpful and patient and answered all my questions fully. He even helped add an extra person to the booking and still get us a good deal. The booking process was straightforward and I am happy with all the information that Richard provided.

Extremely knowledgeable person, Greg!! Very friendly and attentive,

Richard was so very helpful in planning my trip to Japan - he was also very patient and polite in answering all the questions i had 😀

Jessica helped us organise a trip to Japan. I asked multiple questions and had very specific dates/ requests but nothing was too much trouble. Jessica was prompt and knowledgeable. She made the process enjoyable and it was great to get the trip booked. Above and beyond - the service i received stood out against other companies pricing the same holiday... so professional, efficient and excellent communication! I would highly recommend.

Dylan was very helpful and the holidays he sourced were very good value

I’ve been dealing with Greg;
Friendly, approachable, listens to your wants and needs, gives options in an easy to follow format. Follows up but not overly pushy.

The agent “Damien” was fantastic, very helping, very knowledgeable, very quick to reply and overall an asset to his company,and made the whole booking process so easy and straightforward ,with this I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for our future holidays, a+++

Arranged a holiday through Greg, who was very helpful and patient with our many requests. Will certainly use again!

I have been dealing with Greg a lovely patient guy who has done a fantastic job of helping me book a holiday.

I contacted this Company online regarding travel to Japan. On leaving my email, I received a prompt response from Dylan who asked me a few pertinent questions regarding my proposed trip, to ascertain my requirements. Dylan said that he would put together quote and get back to me. Within a mere day he messaged me with a full in depth quote , plus itinerary for my trip. This was easy to read , comprehensive and contained all the information I needed. Dylan is highly competent and efficient, whilst at the same time being courteous and helpful. This is a super company to deal with - and Thank you Dylan !!

Dylan was very professional and responded quickly with our quote. He followed up and got in touch afterwards to see if we had any questions.
