I was recommended by a friend to use Bayfinch holidays, damien made me a personalised Disneyland Paris package very quickly and efficiently with several options as requested. It was so easy to book which made it even better. The package made for me was far cheaper than most quotes I had received.
Very happy with the customer service from Damien who was extremely helpful and friendly, would 100% recommend.

This week I made an inquiry about a trip to Japan. My contact at Bayfinch was Dylan and his customer service was outstanding. In a very short time he produced a full itinerary for me including return flights and details of all hotels which allow me to make an informed decision as to whether the tour was the right one for me. Dylan couldn’t have been more helpful and I was grateful for his knowledge, friendly approach and speed of response.

Excellent! Very good value for money! Very good communication 🥰

Richard has been fantastic throughout the process of booking our trip to Disneyland Paris. All questions were answered promptly and he got us a great deal! He made booking our trip easy and straightforward and I would definitely recommend🙂

This service was exceptional. I was looking for a last minute booking to Disneyland Paris and Richard at Bayfinch Holidays secured a fantastic deal for my family; flights, hotel, Disneyland park tickets, great price In comparison to others on offer and Richard took care of all my requirements making it stress free for me and ensuring that I got the dates I required and within a very short time frame, I was very impressed with his professionalism and commitment. The hotel also had a swimming pool which the kids loved and the accommodation was so comfortable and clean and the interior design was stunning and the hotel environment had a lovely atmosphere for families. So happy with the full package offered and without a doubt I will definitely look to book with Richard at Bayfinch Holidays again.

The service we received from Mark was exceptional. He was helpful and attentive. The package for our trip appears to be both exciting and value for money.

My initial communications with Mark have been positive and helpful. Mark has gone out of his way to address my queries and my travel expectations to Japan. Mark has provided detailed travel itineraries for my suggested dates and has responded quickly and promptly to my questions/suggestions.

The whole process has been made easy so far by Mark

Greg was very helpful and quick on what asked for I was very happy with the service he provided me 👍👍👍

Richard was very efficient and responded quickly to any questions I had. He came up with some good ideas for our trip to Thailand. Highly recommended.

Even though our travel plans changed, Damien was absolutely brilliant at responding to all of my questions. I requested a number of tweaks to our Singapore and Thailand itinerary and he always responded professionally and quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Bayfinch (and Damien) in the future if our plans change.

Richard was amazing from start to finish every detail attended too I would highly recommend
