We needed spare parts for a HansGrohe shower and could not obtain anywhere (incl HG direct). Ben was incredibly helpful in connecting with HG and arranging delivery for us. Without his help, we would have had to replace entire shower / electric system. He completely solved our problem when no one else seemed able to help at all. Fully recommend Bathrooms Yorkshire.

Once you get past the novelty of Ben saying how poor Paul is and Paul telling you Ben is not competent, the experience of dealing with liars soon wear off. 'dispatched' means "in their warehouse. "in Stock for delivery" means "We haven't spoken to the supplier".

We recently had a new ensuite designed and supplied by Ben at Bathrooms Direct, and the whole process was exceptional from start to finish. Ben guided us brilliantly with advice, design ideas and pricing, and everything felt smooth, organised and stress‑free.

The recommended fitters — Declan, Craig and the rest of the team — were equally fantastic. Their workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding, and they were a pleasure to have in the house.

We’re absolutely delighted with the final result. The ensuite looks beautiful, functions perfectly, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Bathrooms Direct and their fitting team without hesitation.

While the products supplied by Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire are very good, the service and post sale experience is excellent.

Their prices are keen and customer service is good, with personal contact by phone and email. The website makes ordering easy as well.

Do not use this company.

I was told I couldn’t return my shower door because the package was opened! How am I supposed to see that a product fits without opening the package? When I expressed that this was not in their T and C’s they wrote ‘We do state that all returns need to be approved as each order can have a different return procedure depending on the situation” This is ambiguous and lacks transparency. I was then told there’d be a restocking charge and at no point despite requesting did they tell me this amount nor the collection cost until it was deducted from my card.
No show for the first date for collection with no email apology. At every stage of this process I had to send chasing emails with weeks between each response from Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire. From paying to refund took 3 months and 10 days. Appalling service.

As I’m unable to reply to your response I have added this here: I would like to let people know that you have updated your returns policy since my order!!!

The shower door was not a bespoke order. I do not use Amazon on principle and I very rarely buy online and will not be doing so in the future.
Your communication was appalling with weeks between each email and it would have been courteous to inform me that collection was cancelled. Neither did you refund me on collection of said shower, I had to chase and chase.
An apology in your review response would have been nice

Still awaiting delivery for an order that was placed 3rd Feb, when it was advertised as being in stock and delivery would take 3 to 5 days. Told on 7th Feb they were expecting a delivery on mon/Tues, that came and went, so I emailed again, this time I was told a delivery was due in on Fri 14th Feb, and would be despatched for next day delivery. I can only assume they have still not received stock, as I was advised I would be emailed when it was despatched. Very unimpressed with the service I have received, and they shouldnt mislead you saying they have stock when they clearly dont.

Great service and competitive pricing wouldn’t hesitate to recommend I’ve used them for several projects over the last 20+years from a replacement tap to full units and bespoke coloured bath.

Excellent service from the Bathrooms Direct team. Made a special delivery for us early on 23 December to deliver our shower screen, which was then fitted before Christmas. Above-and-beyond customer care.

These items are Quality and competely priced. Delivery was Free and prompt.
Had an issue with a Cracked Toilet , but Rob and Ben gave excellent after sales service. Everone who have seen our Bathroom are "blown away with the quality and how good it looks". I would highly recomend Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire LTD. Thanks again Rob and his Team.

Great service from the team at Bathrooms Direct. They were knowledgeable and friendly and communications were good from the order date to delivery. After being let down by another bathroom company (who closed up shop with no warning and kept our money), Bathrooms Direct were able to source the item I was missing and arranged delivery within a few days. Ben, Lauren and Paul were all very helpful and made the whole thing a lot less stressful. Would very much recommend!

I have just refitted 2 bathrooms, first time ever for me. I stumbled across Bathroom Direct Yorkshire website when I was pricing hardware as I decided to order everything myself rather than via a specialist bathroom shop. Not only were they offering great prices on many of the items (all high end quality fittings), I called the shop for a bit of advice. I spoke to Paul and wow, I have never looked back. He managed to source all the rest of items on my list for the best prices even though they were not displayed on their site. Everything was quick, organised and efficient in quoting, ordering and delivery. I made a few mistakes in ordering (eg. Shower tray waste hit a steel beam and needed swapping for a new model, plumber made a few fitting mistakes to name a few snags but nothing was too much trouble to exchange/refund and Paul always found a solution). Honestly I can’t tell you how life saving Paul has been, this has been the best shopping experience ever and Paul’s customer service has left me speechless. I would recommend this company to anyone. Amazing, thank you so much as I can’t imagine what I would have done otherwise!
