Looks Battcaddy is closed in US,the web site doesn't open & not possible to order any parts.Please clarify weather the company is closed or web site has a problem will rectify the problem.

I need some warranty work. They will not respond to me. Sounds like I’m not the only person. Very sad they aren’t backing up their product. Obvious they don’t care about their reputation. Will tell anyone in the market not to buy !!!!!

I’ve had a problem for months and have submitted several tickets, none of which have been responded to. And their number has been “temporarily” disconnected for a long time. Don’t buy this product because if you have a problem like I do, there is no one to assist!

Remoter went out on my EVO, and I tried to contact the company repeatedly to have it fixed. No response. Many dealers say that the company is out of business. No communication or anything out of the company. Horrible.

My family purchased an X9R for me for Christmas 2024 and I've used it numerous times over the past 18 months. I've absolutely loved it. However, in May while playing a course with semi-thick rough, I attempted to turn the cart using the remote and the drive mechanism for the right-rear wheel partially stripped. The cart will still go, but the mechanism starts slipping anytime you try to turn it and if the cart attempts to go up a slight incline. I submitted a tech support ticket via email on May 31 and received a response within a day or so with an assigned ticket number. That's the last I've heard from them, Repeated email requests for follow-up have gone unanswered. I've tried calling their number but the system says the number is currently not in service. After reading other reviews on here, I'm wondering if I'll ever hear from them again.

I have an X4R, my 3rd. For the most part, I like them very much. While it does have some tipping issues, I can attribute some of them to my control as I tend to let it go longer distances than they recommend. I have written glowing reports in the past, but my recent concern is recent lower customer service issues. I have emailed directly and thru the web site and have less then stellar service. Actually none. And all I am trying to get is a score card accessory cover ???

I ordered and paid for a Bat Caddy in March. It's almost July and no cart. I have sent several emails in attempt to cancel order and get refunded with no response. I now have to take them to court to resolve issue. Buyer beware.

I purchased a 500 dollar replacement battery that was defective. Zero customer support- the telephone number only says file a warranty or support online. They never respond whatsoever. Too bad because their caddy is a good product.

I purchased an X9 remote cart a year and a half ago. It is still under warranty. Now have a broken wheelie bar. The company does not answer their phone and have not responded to three service tickets on their web site. I have even filed a complaint with the BBB and the company does not respond to them either. I have had multiple problems with this cart over the last year. I would not recommend buying any of their products.

"Pre-Ordered" X3R on March 23rd. Followed up several weeks later about the order status. Got an email from "Kathy" in sales support saying they hadn't received notification as to when they would arrive. She said I could email management for a refund. After reading these other reviews I am very concerned.

I’ve got the same complaint as everyone else. I had a bat-caddy for years and customer support was superb, so I bought the X9R about 18 months ago. The weld on the back wheel broke off rendering the cart useless and unstable on anything but flat ground. I’ve submitted tickets with no response. I call and can’t get through. It looks like I’ll have to file a complaint with American Express to see if they can help me. I am beyond disappointed with this cart and lack of customer service.

I purchased a Batcaddy X8R one year ago.  Recently, I've had an issue with its operation.  I contacted customer support/technical support through the website 3 times in the past five weeks and emailed the support group twice directly.  In those past five weeks, I never heard back from Batcaddy.  The support service they offer has been awful. I would not buy another motorized cart from them given their lack of interest in supporting their customers.  It's also frustrating that there is no customer service phone number on their website to call. Also, their website solicited reviews from customers. I sent them comments about my concerns with their customer/technical support group. Not surprisingly, my comments were never posted on their website.

All I want to say is a golfer would have to be crazy to buy anything from this company. Yes, their electric carts are very good but if you have any problems with them you can forget about getting any help. I have tried to order a replacement part for two weeks and their store states they can't accept payments now. No one returns calls or emails. Their BBB rating is "F" so I guess that should tell you something.

Ordered my Batcaddy on 5/6/28 and have not received it as yet. Nobody answers the phone and their message instructs you to submit a ticket with your request and they will respond to you. I've set up 2 separate tickets and have not received a response on either one, yet they send me emails offering me discounts on their accessories. This is extremely frustrating. Does anyone having similar problems found a way to contact them or get a refund? Any held would be much appreciated

Ordered a batcaddy Apr 8. $1295. Said I would receive it around Apr 22.. never arrived and no refund. They don’t answer phone or emails! Unacceptable.

I have owned a bat caddy for years and rated them five stars. I have the same complaints as everyone now. They have always had premiere support. Now nothing. x3 parts needed are unavaliable and out of stock, no new x3r carts available to purchase (currently out of stock), no ability to talk with anyone, and support calls and tickets go unanswered for almost two months now.

One seller told me that they are restructuring the company. Well? It's not working very well, if that's true. I was also told that the carts and parts are on a ship waiting to go through customs. Does that take two months? I'm sad that such a wonderful product is getting such bad reviews. But, leaving folks hanging out to dry is not acceptable.

I bought a “demo” model to save a few bucks. It arrived in a huge box and the caddy was very poorly packed. The remote control was broken, the power lead from battery to caddy crushed, and the battery was damaged. There is no customer service at all. You have to submit tickets and cannot talk to anyone. After numerous emails, I finally got a call back. She informed me that they have had several issues with their shipping department. After three weeks, I finally received the parts. In the middle of my third round, one of the wheels fell off. Once again I had to submit a ticket. No telling how long this will take. I spent $900 to have this caddy sit in my garage.

Got an X6R with a lead acid battery (18+ holes) as a gift last October. It works well for about 11 or 12 holes, after which it starts to slow down and get flaky: stuff like spontaneously powering off, or becoming uncontrollable to the point where I'm forced to unplug from the battery.

I submitted a ticket via their website in April. A week later I submitted another one via email. A few days later an email to the president. Multiple phone calls, all go unanswered. They also didn't respond to the BBB, who I also complained to.

Bought a X9 Carbon year and a half ago and instantly using it would just spin in circles. Contacted Batcaddy and the did send me a replacement unit. Fast forward year and a half and about 40 rounds in, the left motor grinds and stopped working, now the unit again only goes in circles.

Been over two weeks now trying to contact Batcaddy and no one is replying. Voice calls tell you to go submit a ticket, but tickets are not getting answered.

What’s happened to Batcaddy? Have they gone out of biz. No one responds to support tickets.

Their phone is just a loop saying go to the website if you have an issue.

Are they in business or is a third party selling off inventory.

I’m a long time Batcaddy owner that needs support but it seems I need to find a different company:product.

Very disappointed.
