had to pay double taxes
the first order never came. so they sent the second order (i payed taxes in the first order). customs held the order and demanded for me to pay 42 eur becuase the seller didnt mark the order correctly. when i contacted customer service, they never answered.

With so many fakes on the Internet
With so many fakes on the Internet, I was a bit skeptical but this bantana is the real deal. It’s thick with that strong coffee smell. Just wish youse sold a bigger jar

Best Batana oil on the market

I am very excited when Batana products…
I am very excited when Batana products arrived - delivered by postman. The box was torn opened inside the plastic bag. The plastic bag looks like resealed - one end straight line sealed but other end is not uniformly sealed. Inside Batana Oil the brown cream surface is not flat but dented, the size of two fingers. I would have otherwise gave 5 stars.
After first use of Batana shampoo, hair feels soft and gentle, shampoo smell is nice, light and refreshing. I recommend Batana shampoo.

Experience
I haven’t used the product for very long but the delivery was quick and came suitably boxed. One thing that I felt was too much was the constant emails to leave a review about my experience. One maybe two emails is more than enough.

Very responsive to email queries and responded with sufficient information. The products however arrived later than expected, though priority mail was selected. It is too early to review the efficacy of the product. The look and smell is consistent with what was expected.

The shipping was optimal
The shipping was optimal, the product was delivered promptly even though it was shipped to Japan. I also have faith in the quality of the Batana oil based upon my limited understanding on how to test the authenticity of this oil. I have not started using the oil yet

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern about the consistency and color of the Batana oil.
Batana oil is typically solid at room temperature, but it can liquify in warmer climates like Abu Dhabi. This is perfectly normal and doesn't affect the quality or effectiveness of the oil.
To return it to a more solid or paste-like consistency, we recommend storing the oil in the refrigerator.
Regarding the colour, Batana oil is naturally brown, which can appear darker when in liquid form.
