My shoes were ordered almost 4 weeks ago.. I emailed the support team and they said they would be shipped out in 3-5 business days. A week later, I still have not received the shipping confirmation email. I have just sent another email, but if you're looking for quick, honest service you may want to try a different store. I'm super disappointed because the shoes looked really cute and they're a reasonable price.

I would like to give them zero stars because their shoes are cheap, law quality, chinese produced, overpriced! Never buy there!

Even though they might be dropshipping, the good side is that there's no need to search for a good pair of shoes to wear for hours, this site got them all! I got my shoes really quickly and love them.

very bad quality, just if I ordered it on AliExpress, but very expensive at the same time. Smells china's products. Can't get you money back if send back the product. And I ordered 38 Eu size, shoes were 37. I was obliged to sell them on another application, lost money, time and nerves

I see a lot of people complaining about this company. To be fair, I had a very good experience with them. The product that I bought was as described, and it reached me within the estimated time provided.
Overall, nothing to complain, a good experience. I do recommend with trust. Thank's BASSO.

I have received sneakers from basso, in picture they looked stunning, but I was really disappointed because i got cheap, stink ali express - ugly sneakers, with glue all over those shoes.
They offered to me basso credit, so I could order order another ugly, cheap, not even 10 USD worth basso shoes.

I did an order 23.11.18 (DD/MM/YY) and 28.12.18 it was in post office of my city. I took a “Shark” sneakers and I love them. they just like on pictures. I was worried about the size match, because I have 11-12 US female shoes size, and in EU it can be a 42-43, depending on brand. So I took a 42 EU size, it was like a male size. And it fits very good. Quality of material is average. I got a high discount when i did an order, and i think the price without a discount is pretty high, but Sneakers are incredible cool❤️

Though my order arrived (around a month after ordering), the package came from China and by quick search of the "brand" written inside of the boots, aliexpress came up. Basso sells the same shoes for much higher price (50 dollars more) than aliexpress and in the end it's the same exact product. Just a site reselling shoes from aliexpress. It is not worth the price, the quality is really low and if you like how the shoes look, then search the pic on google and order the same shoes from aliexpress way cheaper. I'm stupid I didn't look up the site before ordering.

I bought a pair of boots from them and i love them. I even got a thank you note with a hug, that was very sweet >:D<

It didnt came with box, it wasnt like in the picture´, the quality is awful and it smells like pure plastic, ALSO under the sticker, you could see that they were previously sent by AliExpress!

Totally a scam site please do not buy from them.
Never receive my shoes bought over a month ago. (My address is in HK, dont think its a bad place to ship things to) Showed to the customer service that the tracking number was untrackable on whatever logistic sites, got no respond.

I bought my shoes about 2 months ago, and they came in a month. The quality is bad, and the shoes were broken after one wearing. I messaged them to get some understandment, but they wrote back that they could only help me a month after the ordering date. And that was when I received my shoes!! Not fair at all - VERY bad quality for the money!

Terrible experience. The shoes are light, thin and smell horrible. Not worth even half the money. They also sound like plastic when you walk with them. I am hoping to get my money back, but the whole returning process is shady and no one is returning my emails.

I received 1 out of my 2 items the other 1 was apparently “lost in shipping”. That’s 55$ lost for me since I can’t prove if they or the post office lost it. I mean they offered me 10$ off but I don’t really feel like gambling again, I’ve seen people complaining about not receiving their items on instagram but it’s strange that I received 1 but not the other. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
