L'oggetto era la pergola bioclimatica con le zanzariere 3x3.... Il prezzo 135,00.... Cosciente fosse impossibile ho deciso comunque di verificare dato che il pagamento era alla consegna.
Il corriere mi ha portato un pacco lungo circa 1m del peso di 2 kg circa...
Cosa contenesse il pacco lo ignoro perché assieme al corriere ci siamo fatti una risata respinto il pacco al mittente!
Ora mi rimarrà la curiosità di sapere cosa c'era all'interno del pacco... Ma vabbè ora si pagassero il corriere per il viaggio del loro pacco...

Prodotto pessimo, non conforme alle immagini una vera truffa. Parlo del sistema per l'asciugatura del bucato. Novanta euro buttati dalla finestra.

I ordered two pairs of shoes on Basso.co
And after waiting over a month , One of the pairs was not the one I ordered , and also the wrong size I’ve written the company back and they are not responding. I don’t recommend anybody shopping on this website and buying their shoes they’re crappy and they’re poor Customer Support.

I ordered a size 8, American shoe for three different pairs of shoes. They came as a size 7, which don’t fit to make matters worse. The quality of the shoe was awful. It smells of chemicals in the bottom has no traction to return the shoes I will have to put out money for the return. That makes no sense to me being that a mistake. Why do I have to pay for it? Please read this review and don’t buy their shoes

I ordered a sweater which looks amazing and oversized in all the product imagery. When it came the product looked nothing like what was advertised onsite and could more likely be worn as a crop top than an oversized sweater. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times on their site and I’ve never heard back.

This place needs to be shut down 🤬

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Both boots never arrived. I should’ve read reviews. Some people say they were delivered but not the shoes they ordered. Looks really cheap from ali express. They will not refund you.

Compre unos zapatos por 50€, la talla me quedaba pequeña y no me devolvían el dinero y para devolverlo tenía que gastarme 40€ de envío, por lo que me compensaba más perder el dinero que devolverlos, no me dieron una solución razonable y después comprobé que esos mismos zapatos estaban en AliExpress por menos de 20€.... Una estafa de tienda, no te deja poner comentarios para que la gente pueda ver la opinión real de los clientes, me bloquearon y me trataron fatal. Una mala experiencia que no se volverá a repetir

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. 2 EU44 and 1 EU39. One of the EU44s were the wrong shoes and also damaged but fit like EU44 size. They replaced it but with the same wrong pair and now they won't respond to my emails. The other EU44 and the EU39 shoes don't fit like they are a half size too small. They won't do anything about this. How does 1 pair of EU44 fit and another doesn't? Both from men's section. Basically I bought 3 pairs of which all were wrong. I wish I looked at reviews before buying. Don't waste your time.

The return address is not given on the website, but you can find out an address in the USA on request. Costs 48€ insured as a 5kg parcel with DHL from germany.
The quality of the shoes I bought was the cheapest trash from China. It is beautifully presented on the website, shipped in classy black boxes and sold with shoe bags - just a sham. It is the cheapest plastic and stinks of chemicals. Lightweight shoes made from thin materials. 80€ Basso shoes are the equivalent of 25€ China trash from Amazon.

I ordered a pair of pants and a bag. I have yet to receive my order. I have contacted BASSO.CO via email and there customer service contact still no reply. If this persist only recourse is to make a claim of fraud to my bank.

Unfortunately I have never received my order.

Ragazzi state attenti. Io non mi ero informata riguardo al reso. È tutto vero che costa 50 o più euro non ha senso ho un prodotto che ne costa 70. Che fuffa.

Basso is SCAM!!! bitte kauft hier nicht ein!! Die schuhe haben nicht die richtigen größen und wenn man sie zurück schicken will muss man den versand nach china selber bezahlen, und sein geld zurück zu bekommen ist ganz schwer. Die qualität lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die schuhe sind aus billigem plastik und sehen aus als gingen sie schnell kaputt. Die sachen werden auf billigste art auf masse produziert und viel zu teuer verkauft. Das ist seinen preis nicht wert!!!

Ordinato un completo di jeans, molto più piccolo di quello che doveva essere, arrivato rovinato e senza asole per i bottoni, ho chiesto di poter effettuare il reso visto che il prodotto era arrivato difettoso, mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto pagare la spedizione che dall’italia all’america sono 50 e più euro, davvero indecenti! Alla fine ho accettato il loro rimborso che su una spesa di 79€ è stato di 13 euro… penosi davvero!!!

Terrible customer service, shoes looked very cheap,paid 80 € for them, arrived all squashed without a box, nothing like in the photo, paid another 20€ to send them back and never got my refund. Avoid

I ordered for 129€. I selected home delivery. I payed with paypal (luckely!) and waited for my order.
I got an email where the company announced there was a problem with my order and it couldent be delivered. They added a phonenumber and said to contact the post office.
The number provided didnt work or is unexistant. The local post office doesnt have my order and the track&trace was impossible for them to track.
Ive sent several emails and always got the same answer.
I also cant go pick it up, and even if i could: no one knows where my order is.
I got a mail saying that i have to pock up my order or it would be returned and destroyed!!!!!
Where?!?! I just want my order to be delivered at home like i ordered and payed for.
Fortunatly i payed with paypal and i opened a claim. So i hope i get a refund.
No sollution was given, no help was given, they didnt propose to re-send because they said the order would be returned to them…
Im extremely unsatisfied and very disapointed with the company and service…
Just dont buy there, the articles are beautiful but its not a trustworthy company ald bad service.

UPDATE:
I recieved the order. The shoes were NOTHING like the pictures, extremely bad quality, size not correct with EU40, the finishing was very bad and they smelled horrible. I changed case type on paypal and went deeper into this case after reading reviews.
I saw the shoes are sold on aliexpress at much lower pricer and basso uses EXACTLY the same presentation pictures as aliexpress. Do a photosearch on aliexpress with a screenshot from basso and you end up with the same shoes.
Gladly all this proof got my case closed in my favor and i got a refund.
I was scammed and i hope alot of people that want to buy there will read my review.
