This company were ridiculous to deal with.
I waited 7 weeks for my shoes to be delivered while they spoke with their “concerned department”. They agreed to resend the shoes only to be told over a week later (despite receiving a email saying that the shoes were shipped) that they were out of stock 🤦‍♀️
I reordered another pair and asked for it to be delivered via express post as I had waited long enough and their reply was for me to pay another $30!! No thank you!
I got a refund, but never again will
I deal with this compant.

They give off very nice alternative vibes. But I waited for more then a mont for shoes that look nothing like what I ordered. They feel cheap and smell like suffocated plastic. Would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Pésima calidad y aún peor atención al cliente.

El tallaje es pequeño y la talla que me enviaron no corresponde para nada con lo que pedí.

Cuando pregunto por la devolución, me dicen que no devuelven el dinero, te dan el importe para gastar en la tienda o te cambian el producto por otro (esto a mi no me sirve porque no hay más talla).
Además, los gastos de envío a Estados Unidos los pago yo ... increíble!

No caigáis en la trampa que caí yo! Huid!

This site is a scam. They do sent products but the quality is very poor and sizes don’t match at all.

They have ZERO customer support, don’t respond to any email or customer forms from their website.

If you order do it by creditcard and have it refunded by the cc company if you don’t like the products because Basso wil not do it.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the products and their policy of non refund and no return shipping label. Basically they keep your money forcing your to have credits of what you return to their store. They also don’t offer return shipping labels, so you have to pay absurd price to return the item didn’t fit you. Total waste of money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I had a horrible horrible experience shopping from the basso website. They made it look fancy to gain people’s trust but they do not seem to have any customer service or any support which leads to a frustrating customer experience. I had ordered couple of items and I have placed a wrong order which I wanted to cancel but there is no support for that. They mention it clearly that one can cancel the orders within 24 hours but there is no way to cancel and they do not even reply to the emails. I will not recommend this webshop to anyone.

Never received the shoes.
They gave me an invalid tracking number, saying that the sneakers were delivered to my place. I never received them and the post office told me that the tracking number was not valid.
They send me a 2nd tracking number. Again I asked the post office, it was addressed to someone else in another different city.
They told me that I was going to be refunded. I payed 87$, they refunded me 17.01$. Saying that I had a discount. I know what I payed.
This is a Scam site and I advise everybody to be very careful.

No llego el paquete y aparece como entregado, su solución es que pregunte a los Vecinos... Es una Estafa

Compré cuarto artículos, y solo he recibido dos. Curiosamente los que faltan son los más caros. Ahora a lidiar con reclamaciones. Encima figuran todos como entregados. Qué vergüenza. Y la calidad es muy mala para el precio. Ahora me dicen que el paquete se ha perdido,que si lo mandan otra vez..digo que vale y contestan que no tienen los productos, y que si pueden mandarme otra cosa. Lo que quiero es mi dinero estafadores!!!

My order was a bit different than expected.

Wrong shose sizes. I was waiting for two months and when I get it it's to small. Really disappointed ☹️ order one size bigger if you live in Europe

After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, I decided to check where my package was (Veltura Sandals), and apparently, my shipment was cancelled a week ago. I got no email, no communcation, nothing. Nor did I get my money back.

Ich habe innerhalb 1monat mehrmals bestellt und die Lieferung kamen bis jetzt immer so knapp nach 1woche und bin mehr als zufrieden mit den Schuhen und kleidungen. Ich bin einfach über glücklich. Danke Basso❤

Well, I have purchased too many products from this company and never had any bad experience, I just love their products especially Sneakers...

I got velcro sandals from Basso last year which were great, so I figured I’d order again.

I got sneakers ON SALE for $70 (they were a hundred something originally) and they’re not even worth $20. The seams are weak, the foam on the sole will wear away in no time, and the shoe itself looks …. Unfinished. The inside insert is white with holes in it- as if the insert cover was never applied.
