I ordered two jackets on April 10th. Have received nothing. They say the order is on its way but tracking does not indicate that. I may be out $200. Do not order from these guys.

Worst customer service, a SCAM. spent over $100 never got my jacket. Honestly appalled and am fighting to get my money back because this is UNACCEPTABLE.

Please I urge you not to purchase from these guys!!! I ordered 2 sneakers that took nearly 2 months to arrive and when they came the boxes were damaged really bad. The sneakers were too small for me so I had to send them back. I told them I wanted a refund but the insisted that I take the store credit. The STORE CREDIT DOESNT WORK. Their customer service team are horrendous so now I will have to do a dispute with the bank to get my money back! This has been going on for 6 months now so fed up. Save yourself the hassle

Customer service sucks and they harass you with emails. Shipping takes way too long. Will update once I get my shoes but so far I know I'm not using them again.

It has been more than a month since I ordered AND paid for some shoes for myself.
So far no shoes, even though they emailed me that shoes have been shipped a very long time ago. It seems like a scam.

NEGATIVE- My son ordered 3 pair of shoes and NO ONE told them this is a Women shoe store. So when the shoes came in his size they didn't fit. I shipped two pair back in unopened packages and requested a refund. The WOULD NOT give me a refund they insisted my son where female shoes, and to date I still have only rec'd one credit but I sent 2 pair of shoes back. So basically they stole my money.
I would NEVER shop here again.

I have bought three pairs of shoes from Basso and two of them have come back with errors. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Takes 39 business days to receive your order and the return and refund policy is RIDICULOUS...if you don’t like what you ordered or your items are too small...

Ships from China and you have to pay customs which they do not tell you...so sad because I was really excited when I ordered my items and I feel used.

Terrible quality. Do not waste your money and your time! I had to wait three weeks to get a garbage quality bag that I could and should have purchased at a Walmart or any other comparable store in the US! Fraud. The company scams consumers on FB and Instagram. Be aware!

They buy from Aliexpress and sell it much more expensive

I really wish I had read these review before I ordered my LEXA boots. $67 and I have not gotten the boots, that I am sure are crappy. They do not have a customer service line to call and complain, only a faulty messenger system. Now knowing that at the very least, I won't get a refund or my damn boots I'm pi$$ed. What kind of crap is this? How in the hell are they still in business? Basically scamming people. I haven't even gotten my damn boots. At this point, I don't even want them. Sorry sacks of crap.

DO NOT BUY!! I paid over $60 US dollars for a pair of sandals and they arrived not as described. I ordered green and there were obviously "factory" mistakes paint splashes of a different color (pink). The shoes arrived smelling really bad (chemical) and the stitching was uneven. I emailed customer service and they were horrible. I requested a full refund. They accepted a full refund only if I ship it back (would cost over $40.00) or a partial $15.00 refund. Given that this was my second purchase you would think they would want to keep my business. HORRIBLE.I even provided pictures as proof. I do not reccommend. These are poorly made not-so-cheap knockoffs.

Chinese FRAUD! I found my boots on Aliexpress for 5£, I’ve paid 85£ on Basso! They buying and recelling! Fake plastic quality !

This was my first time ordering from this site and it will be my last my shoes took a month to get here . The tracking page is Also horrible and then when you go to talk to someone about your order you don’t get a response so unprofessional!

Ok so I just got 2 items from Basso after 5 weeks of waiting.

Pros:
- Both are fine, no defects detected, and are very similar to the pictures on their website.
- customer service is good, they replied to me almost immediately or after some minor delay.
- the shoes were packed inside a box, came with a dust bag, and were well packaged.

Cons:
- both items are from China, they even have China tags. And I had to pay the customs clearance for both, which costs me another 30 euros extra. Basso gave NO prior warning about this.
- the zipper on the coat is clearly of poor quality, its really difficult to zip it up. The coat is also a bit smaller than I expected.
- the shoes' quality is okay. But in my opinion both items'quality could be a bit better for that price, for example the fabric could be thicker. And there is one little unwashable pink stain on the white area of my shoe.

I have yet to receive my 2 pairs of shoes. However, upon reading reviews here, I decided to reverse image search the both shoes. I DID FIND THEM ON ALIEXPESS for significantly cheaper. This is too funny, my fault so I'm not even mad. I believe Aliexpress is China based so, had I ordered it from Aliexpress, it would probably take the same amount of time to get to me as these shoes are beccause BASSO also ships from China (they don't tell you that). It's been 15 days since I ordered and I have yet to get them.
Aliexpress had way more pictures and even a video with music to advertise the shoe XD XD ugh ahahha....crazy. I'll update on the quality once I get the shoes. Praying that they are good quality so this can be a happy ending for me. Moral: BASSO buys off of ALIEXPRESS and marks up the price 120%. REVERSE IMAGE SEARCH BASSO ITEMS

Garbage Chinese knockoffs, misleading customers. Everything ships from china so prepare to wait. You can order the same stuff yourself for a fraction of the cost on aliexpress if you want a crap product. Save your money and buy something from a reputable business. This business is just like those mvmt watches, total trash, they dont design sh@t they just RIP off others hardwork. Save your money
