I have an 88# Border Collie/Lab/Great Pyrenees dog. He gets 2, 45-60 mins walk each day but after dinner seems bored. I purchased this fun ball for him to chase in the evening. He Loves it! It’s more an indoor toy. It’s sort of like those robotic vacuums. When it gets lost under the couch, it finds a way out! I love it cause I’m not the one retrieving it. It rarely gets stuck!! The lights and rolling ball is enticing and keeps my dog entertained. My only complaint is that when dropped or hit it will spring open. There doesn’t seem to be enough threads when screwing the 2 halves together to hold it in place. Great Idea 💡. Thanks for a Great Dog Toy!

I cannot really comment on Barxbuddy yet as I have not received the goods that I ordered. Ordering was very easy, but waiting to receive the product is not so easy/ Once I have received the goods ordered I will be able to comment further.

I ordered extra grinding wheels and never received them

After ordering and receiving the device, I decided to return it, having read many unfavorable reviews. In all fairness, I did not even try the Barxbuddy so I can't speak to its effectiveness. I can say however, that the shipping to me was quick, with no problems. Additionally the return and refund were quick and easy.

The dog still barks.how far are you supposed to be from the dog ? I feel let down. I got it as Christmas gift for my daughter but she threw away the box so I couldn’t return it.

really reacted by stopping jumping on everyone. also stopped barking for awhile. time has passed, not as responsive. need to train again

nothing wrong, just looks cheap like a toy.
but I just ordered the vacuum one for my dog. Now I need to now I need to send back the last order. How do I do that, so I can get my money back?

Does not appear to have any effect on either of my dogs. The lights flash, but it makes no difference to either dog. I called customer service and was told that if the lights flash the device is working. From what I see it is not doing anything that has any effect on a dog; we got it to try and reduce barking (something their website claims to correct) but the dog looks right at the device in operation and keeps right on barking. Customer service said that for them to check it out I need to pay return shipping; I would have no problem with that except that there was no offer of sending me a replacement unit if I returned this one. Very poor customer service.

My three small dogs are barkers. Barxbuddy tends to make them quieter. It doesn't shut them up completely. For that, I suspect they need to be trained.

Bark buddy is oké, it helps to stop Barking but i got also one for present en want to return it. That is very diffucult, Ruffydogs doesn’t tell how to return but offers a discount.
Seems they don’t want a return.

Arrived broken and it would hours to shorten one nail! Also, they don’t respond to email. Save your money and go elsewhere.

II bought this as a gift for my mother. She has a miniature pinscher and the first time she used it her dog had a seizure! I would like to have my money refunded and I think that this item should be discontinued as it is obviously not safe to use on animals!

For our dog at least it has no effect what so ever. He’s a Wheaten Terrier. I can be 3 feet from him, press the button and he is startled by the light for two seconds. Then he barks at me.

Delivered the wrong product and ordered I return the product before they would even process my real order. I understand they wanted their $5 flashlight back (that I didn’t order) but I spent $70 on something totally different that I didn’t even receive.

We have tried to use these things numerous times and under a multitude of conditions and the bottom line is THEY DO NOT WORK!!!!
I also found the ad to purchase the items was somewhat misleading because if I had know how much they were going to actually going to charge me, I would never had gone through with the purchase.

This was great! My dogs are terrified to have their nails clipped. My small dog worked great on . I’m still trying to decide about my medium dog. But if it only works on my small dog that’s a win!
