Barrain London Estate Agents Anmeldelser

I had sent an email to view a property Demetri responded promptly. We scheduled an appointment for the viewing. He was punctual, factual and all queries were answered professionally.

Dimitri was providing friendly, professional, and helpful service from start to finish. He showed us flats patiently, listened for our criterias and eventually got the flat we are buying.

We had an excellent experience with the Barrain's agent, a brilliant guy( Demetri). He was very punctual for the viewing, was very kind and explained all the details regarding the property. Also, he offered to have a look in other properties, and to explain with patience every question we had. I would highly recommend to anyone, who's looking to buy, sell or to rent a property. Many thanks for your service. Arjana

Demetri is lovely. We start searching for a property and he has been briliant!

Demetri has been absolutely a gem in helping us navigate our property search. He made last minute arrangements for us in a short notice. Very informative and professional

We had a great experience with Barrain throughout the process of buying our flat. The whole team was professional, helpful, and supportive from start to finish.

A special thank you to Demetri, who showed us the property for the first time and was always friendly, professional, and available to help us throughout the entire process. He made everything feel smooth and straightforward, and we really appreciated his support right through to the end.

We would definitely recommend Barrain and Demetri to anyone looking to buy a property.

Thank you for all your help!

Andy Dumas and Barrain Estates team were a pleasure to work with. After being in the market for over a year and trying several well-known estate agents, including Foxtons, whose fees were significantly higher with many viewings but very low offers, I switched to Barrain. We had fewer but far higher-quality viewings, most converting into offers. Andy ensured he stayed on top of the entire sales process through to completion, regularly updating both me and the buyer while managing the buyer's solicitors who were a nightmare to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent.

The team at Barrain were exceptionally helpful from the very first engagement to the very end when I surrendered my keys.
Ehad and Andy played huge parts in my successful sale.

Demetri helped me with my first property, very thorough in his work and was always available for questions. Would definitely recommend

Excellent service delivered by Demetre

Demetri was very helpful in showing me properties, he was very professional and understood what I was looking for as a property landlord/investor. He gave me enough time to view the property carefully, without any pressure, to allow me to gather my thoughts, ask questions and make decisions. I am looking forward to view more properties with Demetri.

My partner and I spent a lot of time being messed around by other Estate Agents but can confidently say the experience was vastly different with Ehab and the team. They genuinely care for the work they do and are supportive throughout the whole rental process. Not just caring about signing you up, but also very responsive and proactive during the tenancy. Barrain have been a pleasure to work with. Jamie and Isla.
