Looked at 4 different houses, provided a professional service. Good communication

I booked and viewed a property a few days ago with Demetri and it was a very good experience. What I appreciated most was his honesty from start to finish and I have not had that with other companies. Very professional.

Demetri has been very professional and helpful during the early stages of our house purchase. He communicated clearly, kept us updated throughout the offer and negotiation process, and helped us agree a good price for the property.

Although the purchase is still progressing, we have been very pleased with his responsiveness, straightforward approach, and support so far. We appreciate his help and look forward to continuing to work with him through the rest of the process.

I contacted the estate agents and spoke with Dem, it’s my first property with my partner and it was just a pleasant experience he talked me through step by step in the process of buying. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable in a field I’m not. He made the experience simple when others just want your money. Will be recommending to friends. Thank you.

We've had a very positive experience with Barrain throughout the sale of our flat so far. From the initial valuation through to the current stage of the transaction, the team has been professional, knowledgeable, and responsive.
Selling our property has had its challenges, but Barrain has worked hard to secure a buyer and has provided honest, practical advice throughout the process. Communication has been excellent—they've kept us updated regularly, responded promptly to our questions, and have been proactive in following up with all parties to help keep the sale moving.
A special thank you to the team for their patience, professionalism, and dedication. Their support has made what could have been a stressful process much easier to navigate.
Although we are still awaiting completion, we have been very impressed with the service we've received so far and would happily recommend Barrain to anyone looking to sell their property.

Unfair contractual clause which locks in client for years even after 3 months notice given to terminate contract. this is put in contract with no discussion

Ehab and his team were amazing from listing to letting. They found the best possible tenant for my flat at the Limehouse basin, and have provided excellent and timely services since. I would highly recommend Barrain Property Advisor to any potential clients.

Demetri from Barrain Estates was professional, well‑prepared, and very courteous during the viewing. He provided clear information about the property, answered all questions confidently, and allowed enough time to inspect everything properly. His communication was smooth and the viewing felt organised and transparent. Overall, a positive experience.
