Lovely little bag for all my dog walking needs.
Came very quickly.

arrived as said. good quality bag replacing one from many years ago (which has only worn out as it has been in the washer so much !)

This is the second of these bags I’ve purchased. This one is a gift. Well made, durable and great for dog walks.

Good quality bag with plenty of storage, I don’t even know what to do with it all.

Superb product, nice size to actually get your hand in for the treats. Extra pockets for the other essentials.
Lovely long cross body strap.
Fast delivery and well packed.

Well done sara for investing. I loved the idea the moment I saw it on tv . Everyone at my local park loves the bag . I bought the black one . For my personal needs I wish it had an extra pocket inside but apart from that I can finally save my own bag from wear and tear and the dogs got her own bag . What’s not to like .

I really love my bag. It's amazing, so much room. The design is so well thought out and a place for everything that you will ever need for a dog walk. I can even fit my mobile into it.

Had the bag 6 month now and used every day for 1 hour walks and then occasionally for long walks (17 miles yesterday). this has revealed the good and the bad

The good: great size and construction, The main bag holds torch, first aid, tic stuff, keys, big treats easily. Well made. The water bottle holder at the front perfect. and I use the read bag to hold used poo bags till we get to a bin, saving having to hold them. The poo bag dispenser works great

The bad: the treat flap. the storage is in the wrong place, When treats are in there, they work to the top above the zip preventing the flap from folding shut. you either have to put a very limited number, or spend a minute every now and then working the treats back into the flap. A line of stitching through that compartment on the fold line would stop treats migrating over into the fold area

The Ugly: the strap. its useless, too flexible, it curls on your shoulder, gets twisted. And the main thing is the buckle, a) it sits on your shoulder and b) it slowly works its way undone. 4 times on a 8 hour walk yesterday I had to stop to slide the buckle back to where it should be as the bag had drooped too low to walk. Would suggest researching a new strap with neoprene shoulder band and adjusters at the ends near the bag itself. I am replacing my strap with a rifle strap

Some suggestions. I wear this on the left hip and feel its designed for right hip wearers. I'd love a version that swapped the water bottle holder to the rear and the larger pocket to the front, and swapped the poo bag dispensor to the left pocket so it was at the front

I love my urban bag which I ordered on 11th September as well as the supply of poo bags, these fit the pocket of the bag easily and make life easier on dog walks. I ordered a water bottle at the same time and took this on our first walk recently, unfortunately the hook/clip attachment to the bottle snapped shortly into the walk so I was left to carry the bottle which was an inconvenience at the time and I haven't used the bottle since. Other than this I am quite happy with the products I have received.

I saw the inventors on Dragons Den and was instantly drawn to them with their honest and personable manner. I received my bag this morning, and can’t wait to try it out .I was fed up with squeezing all the bits n bobs in a crammed ‘ bum bag’. Amazing , I’m excited about my purchase,it looks great !

Certainly a very nice bag and worth the money. My requirements have increased as time has gone on - I like to be prepared! - so my previous modest bag just didn't have the space for all the extras I wanted to carry. This is capacious and well thought-out. I thought I wouldn't use the poo pouch as I have been used to a clip for this purpose but actually this pouch is very practical - no more poo bags swinging about as you walk. And I can fit the dog's water drinking bottle into it if needed. I was perplexed by the missing treats the first time I used it - the zip section in the flap had allowed all the treats to slide backwards into a part of the pocket I didn't know existed. I think it would be an improvement to close that off because when you open the zip anything that has slid into this part will just fall out due to gravity. Other than that, top marks.

Easy to order and very quick delivery.
I love the bag - it looks good, it’s sturdy with plenty of room for regular daily dog walks. Lots of pockets with a zipped part to keep keys and stuff safe. Quite deep - I fit in a couple of balls and I like the easy access part for poo bags. It should last for years.

Love the product. Hate being bombarded with emails despite opting out. For this reason I won't be buying from you again. I am also blocking all you emails

Well made bag, a good size. My first bag wasn't big enough for my needs, thisnone is perfect. Quick delivery. No problems. Very happy.

Very pleased with my work bag. Space for everything with 2 small dogs. Only criticism the snap locking mechanism for the barking bags water bottle only did the job a few times before giving up the ghost, ie wouldn't close.
However the bag made such an impression on my fellow doggy friends that 1 has already purchased hers and another is thinking about it.

I had a question before purchasing, the company were really helpful answering and equally helpful after I had ordered. Plus I love the new bag

Really happy with my new dog walking bag and have been using it everyday since it arrived.
I’m guessing it’s waterproof I’ve not found out yet and i couldn’t find anything on the website to say if it is.

Perfect size, plenty of pockets

Their bags are absolutely brilliant. My parcel arrived within two days of me ordering but unfortunately the water bottle I also ordered was dented. I emailed them a photo and explanation and they got back to me very quickly and told me they would replace it with a new one straight away.
