Barker doors builds a good product…
Barker doors builds a good product HOWEVER their customer service is horrible. The only way to communicate with them is by email, there is no such thing as human contact. The doors and drawers take for ever to receive and god help you if they arrive damaged. I have been waiting for 2 months for 3 drawer fronts and 1 door that were damaged by the shipper. I took pictures immediately and emailed barker, you would think they would put a rush on the damaged items, they dont. From the time I first ordered the doors and drawers until today has been almost 4 months, to say my client is angry is an understatement. I have used barker 3 times but will use them no more, its a shame because their product is good but their total lack of customer service out weighs everything else

Thanks for the feedback. Order process and dates will be outlined and responded to below:
1. Order was submitted 10-11-18 for custom sized and painted cabinet doors and assembled/finished maple drawer boxes.
2. Order shipped on 11-21-18.
3. Customer reports damage around the 18th of December, remakes promptly entered system.
4. Remake doors were produced as quickly as possible, painted and shipped. Delays include Christmas and New Years holidays along with a closure of production facilities for a few days so our hard-working employees can spend time with families for the holidays.
5. Doors were completed 1-16-19. Painting of remakes is thoroughly checked at quality control. We decided to re-spray a couple of the remakes. Quality control is very strict on remakes. Quality must be maintained at all costs.
5. Remakes shipped toward the end of January after proper paint application is observed.
6. Barker apologizes for any delay, but quality must come first over schedule.
Overall, we understand you frustration and thank you for your patience as we remade the doors to the quality that you have come to count on. Timing is never good on remakes and can be very frustrating. In addition, holidays can elongate these delays as you have seen. We wish you the best with your future order and as always, we hope that you choose to use Barker Door for future purchases.
Total quality draw parts
I absolutely love the construction of the draw parts. It is a shame I am putting it in a second floor apartment replacing two drawers that just were no longer repairable. These drawers will last longer than the cabinet it will be in.

As always, excellent service.
Once again I got great service from Barker. This is at least the third order from them, and I plan a couple more in the next six months. Every one has been done correctly, and even caught some of my mistakes with correct sizes. They do a great job.

Incredibly beautiful quality!!!
I've only ordered samples at this point, but they are gorgeous. Will be completing the design soon and will definitely order from Barker.
Also considering refacing and the YouTube video is awesome and very detailed.

Their workmanship is awesome
Their workmanship is awesome. My only dissatisfaction lies the fact that I wanted to avoid the shipping charge by picking up the doors they made for me, as I live only a few miles from them, but they would not accommodate me, so it cost me an (unnecessary) extra $50.

The doors we ordered for a custom linen closet were perfect. Very good quality and construction. Received in perfect condition, no shipping damage. Delivered in time period stated when ordered. Prices are competitive, and we would not hesitate to use again.

Baltic plywood drawer boxes are fabulous!
The circa 1950's kitchen cabinets in a recently purchased house were in remarkably good condition except all the drawers had plastic boxes and were broken. I ordered 1 baltic plywood drawer box to see if I could easily replace them before considering a more aggressive and expensive option to a kitchen remodel. The drawer was easy to assemble, looks great and I've since ordered the remaining drawer boxes. I'm confident the kitchen will look amazing when completed.
