Unpleasant smell
Well I did try to flag the fact that this cream has an extremely unpleasant smell but all I got was basically - this is natural and it smells like that because of it - it is the way it is. We have been in constant communication with you regarding this missing order. We are a small business based out of the UK, International Shipping in this day and age poses a lot of challenges.
We have been consistently working on this. From a business standpoint we have lost a lot of products and also shipping costs. We are working on this.
We are sorry this hasn’t been done in your time but we did state it would take up to 7 DAYS to hear back from the courier. We have not blatantly refused to respond to your messages, we have been extremely helpful.

Brilliant product poor packaging
Product was not adequately packaged, seal had broken due to delivery driver posting through the letter box , bubble wrap was not secured around product, that aside a lovely serum, smells Devine and a favourite of my daughter-in-law

Nothing touches my face but BARE
I stumbled across BARE products at the Chorlton Market and I've been hooked ever since. They smell good and they feel good on my skin. A little goes a long way so you are definitely getting your money's worth! If you haven't tried BARE what are you waiting for?!

Improvement needed
I received the package two weeks after ordering, which I believe could be managed better.
I ordered the lip balm and lip scrub; when package arrived it was a bit oily - the scrub has leaked. Small investment into a simple seal would be a useful improvement.

It has come to our attention that the packaging used for the Sweatcoin Campaign was faulty. This was not our usual supplier and for that I can only apologise.
Your order arrived two weeks after purchasing as you placed your order through a Third Party SweatCoin. Our usual shipping time is 2-3 working days but due to T&C’s of the campaign we were not permitted to begin the dispatch process until the campaign had come to an end.
If you would like to email us with your order number and photographic evidence we will be happy to issue either a £5 off discount code or replace your Lip Kit.
Again as CEO of BARE, this isn’t our usual standard and I can only apologise profusely for any inconvenience caused.

I bought the dewy drop serum and the azure charcoal face mask and wow wow wow. The face mask has left my skin so beautiful and I can feel and see the difference in the firmness of my skin. The serum has been beautiful and I’ve had so many people comment on my skin since starting to use it. I’ve hardly used any of the products as they spread really far and I am so happy with the condition of my skin so far. Thankyou SO much, I absolutely can’t recommend enough to anyone buying. Also sooooooo cheap comparatively to bigger brands which is just an absolute steal!!!

Lovely products and great customer service with any issues being dealt with in a really personal and caring way. At 47 I have quite normalish skin, with a slightly oily T zone with some dehydration from time to time rather than dryness. The peri-menopause has brought some blackhead issues on my nose and chin (thank you!). The pink grapefruit yellow French clay face mask is one of the best face masks I have ever used and totally clears up my blackheads- I’ve only ever experienced this from professional facials before. Using it with the pink grapefruit face wash has transformed my skin. Just lovely.
