Had the best experience with Banner Department! From my initial enquiry they were so helpful, friendly and responsive. I couldn't recommend them enough, our wedding banner looks incredible, you can see so much care and attention to detail has gone into it. Can't wait to use on our wedding day!

Couldn't be happier with the custom…
Couldn't be happier with the custom banner we had made for our wedding this summer! Joe and Amy have been an absolute delight to deal with throughout the process - they are genuinely wonderful people, and the banner was great quality and looked fantastic hanging at our venue behind the top table. A perfect original, personalised touch to display at the event, and it's now hanging proudly on our lounge wall as a lovely reminder of the happiest of days. We've already passed on details to a few of our friends with weddings coming up :) Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

We absolutely love it! Amy went back and forth with us, with such patience, until we felt the design was exactly right for us, and then the shipping was really quick and the quality of the banner is amazing. Can't wait to put it up at our wedding in 2 weeks!!!

Excellent! I bought a DIY banner and tried to source my own white fringe without success, had the idea to email and ask if they had any I could purchase and so helpful! All sorted with a few emails and came in the post shortly after. Hassle free. (Also offered for me to send the banner back so they could sew the fringe on properly! I was impressed.)
Also the quality of the banner is amazing, I haven't put it together yet but seems easy enough to do. Would definitely order from here again.

A gorgeous momento from our wedding day!
We contacted Banner Dept. in the hope of bringing our fondness for the Lake District into our wedding decor - and we could not have been happier! The design was brilliant on the first go, merging our inspirations and reference images beautifully to create a gorgeous backdrop to sit behind our sweetheart table. We received amazing customer service, and are now the proud owners of a stunning handcrafted momento to cherish for years to come.

finish with these guys was 5 stars, great communication when emailing about the design! i needed a few changes made and they were super helpful and patient. my banner arrived nicely packaged and the quality is unreal. will definitely use again and recommend
