I was a bit sceptical at first so I only ordered 1 item as you do! Well I ordered my mum an adjustable Amber ring & it came superbly presented in a very posh box & in a lovely bag inside with a certificate & a cleaning cloth, it was her birthday & she loved the ring & it's a little tough to adjust but not hard for me she chose the finger she wanted it on & it was perfect, a pleasure & easy to order online & arrived very quick even though it was free postage, if you like me are doing your first order don't worry its as safe as can be the jewellery is very well made to a high standard & lovely packaging & email updates as well what more could you want. Thank you baltic beauty
