Like others here I was scammed by this company. "Fortunately" I only lost the deposit, which even the HSBC credit card refused to dispute.

I had a smooth and professional experience with this company
I needed to ship my mother's possessions from Switzerland to England as part of her moving back home process. I found Baggage Hub more or less by chance on a Swiss expat website. The lady who contacted me was very helpful over the phone and let me know abut the procedures at the Swiss and the UK ends. They sent a person to pack my mother's things in Zurich. She told me he was very nice, polite and careful. She was happy with the job he did. All through the shipping I was updated about where the goods were. They arrived earlier than I expected and were delivered today, on time, by a polite and friendly driver. Everything looks in good shape. I was particularly impressed with how quickly customer service responded to my emails and queries. I will definitely use this company again if I need to move our possessions.
Items transferred from Australia to Singapore with bad communication but good sales support.
Found this company from the website & Sales manager Maxi (in Philippines) was very helpful to guide me through the initial pricing & booking of service.
But when picking up my items from Australia, the courier did not pick up on scheduled time due to miscommunication but Maxi was able to assist pick-up again 1 week later.
Item was transferred to England for deport (don't know why sent to England) but did not inform me of final payment which I need to request several time to get information of my items.
Had to pay the remaining balance before penalty date & my items were then shipped to Singapore.
Delivery did not inform me when was the delivery & I was surprised when called delivery is at my home security guard.. I was not home but luckily my roommate was home & able to collect on my behalf.
Overall, communication & information given was not clear & very bad but Maxi did helped me to get info from relevant departments.
I managed to get my items from Australia to Singapore within 5 weeks.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! That should be their slogan. I have mixed feelings about it. I have never used any shipping company before and with no experience I guess you can expect some issues. Obviously with a lower cost their is a lower customer service. Shipment takes long time to even get a slot to get out of depot in origin. Tracking site is really just a nice touch to the website. All this is nothing. I am very disappointed to be lied to. As a customer I understand things can go wrong but communication is gold here. I have been in contact with Baggage hub TNT and newly with BRING numerous times now. Every call is my own initiative. They all have their own story but none of it matches previous. Basically if you decide to use Baggage hub be aware this is not a straightforward task to them and you need to either be ready not to receive your items for several weeks or months or find another shipping company. Paid for 7-10 day airfreight to Australia. 4 weeks after boxes were collected, I could get NO response from my shipping manager OR anyone in the company. I FINALLY got a number for Accounts Receivable and begged the guy there to help. Even though shipping was completely out of his area, he agreed to "look into it" He identified that my boxes were still sitting in the London warehouse. After his involvement, things started moving, and the boxes were eventually "delivered " 3 weeks later. A pile of cardboard, tape and possessions were dumped at the receiving address. So many items were missing, obviously the whole consignment had been rifled and anything if value removed. TNT were the handlers, but good luck dealing with them! Baggage Hub couldn't care less. "TNT were the handlers ". TNT said "You need to deal with BaggageHub". I'd give ZERO stars if possible. But DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I'd read the reviews beforehand. Dopey me!

If I could give this a 0 I would. I moved to Italy in March. I am still waiting for a parcel to be sent to a UK address from the UK warehouse. After my last review on here baggage hub wrote to me to say they were struggling to find a courier as the package had prohibited items, so it was still in the warehouse. 2 months later and the customer service team are still yet to confirm whether this is the case or respond to any of my calls or emails. This is a scam, do not be fooled by price like I was.

I received my boxes and should say that I was really impressed at such a high level of service Baggage Hub provides. I got quick responses when I had some questions. I got everything and even more than I expected. And fortunately, nothing got damaged along the way!
Btw, it is just such a pleasure to get your belongings back! It was actually the first time clothes and things in general made me so-so happy:))

Moved from Aus to Europe. Baggage Hub were a good moving business, the price was far better than most who quoted us. The pick up was on the day agreed, and the delivery was only a week delayed in the height of Covid. Found their call centre to be helpful and diligent. All in all a very good, certainly in my experience they dont warrant the lower ratings I have seen on here.

Utter failures. Don't care. Scheduled pickup in Croatia missed. Scheduled delivery in Portugal missed. Driver pressed me to electronically sign what I thought was delivery receipt. The "accepted in good condition" was fine-print not visible (nice loophole), nor was a copy provided at the time. Items were broken and Baggage Hub runs away from a legitimate claim. Baggage Hub appears to be the Covid carrier of courier services.

Tried to contact this company but no one has ever responded. Their system now states it dose`nt recognize the ref no. the gave me when shipping.
In my opinion they don`t have any after care, they are only eager to take payment but not able to extend them self to make sure the customer is satisfied.

If you can sell all your stuff and buy everything new it’s still not near as much work as it will be using this company!! They brake your things, they loose your things, they try to deliver your things on a totally different date then you ordered and they will try too scam you for more money while doing so. Avoid this company at all cost! This company has given me so much anxiety in the last couple of months, if it was possible to give negative stars a would. I’m begging you, for your one well-being, Do.Not.Use.This.Company!
Thumbs up to Baggage Hub
I recently contracted Baggage Hub to move 15 boxes from Denmark to the Canary Islands. I was abit hesitant at first after reading the bad reviews but after speaking to the friendly Customer Services department I decided to go ahead with the booking anyway.
And glad I did.
My items were picked up on time and all boxes arrived safely on the scheduled date. The boxes did arrive slightly damaged upon arrival but I was aware this would happen and I accepted the risk.
I was VERY grateful for Jonathan’s continuous support and frequent communications including a check-in call on the pick up date. I felt I was in the best of hands.
The only negative feedback I have is that I was told I wouldn’t need to pay customs when shipping personal items to the Canary Islands. This was actually not the case upon receiving my boxes to the Canary Islands. Luckily the amount wasn’t too hefty but it would have been nice to have the correct info beforehand.
Despite this miscommunication, I would still gladly return to Baggage Hub when shipping my items.

Seriously, do NOT use this company. I paid my deposit, received my boxes and had excellent customer service until nobody even showed to collect my boxes.
I had to leave the boxes and travel to another country because I had no choice and there was no other optional day for them to collect. Not a single person has bothered to help me, they are continuously saying "we will get back to you" and they never do.
They have made absolutely ZERO effort to remedy this and thankfully I had a place to leave my belongings, otherwise I would have had to throw away everything or find a storage place, cancel all my tickets and rent because these useless people couldn't be arsed to help.
I wish I read the reviews before speaking to them because they are all absolutely dismal and after my experience, I am completely unsurprised.
Now for the battle of getting my deposit back from this god awful company.

If I could put less than 1 star I would! This company are awful and the customer service is disgusting! They forgot to send our shipping via sea as requested so instead at the last minute to get it there in time sent via fedex air, our boxes were not equipped for this and they were all damaged, our precious irreplaceable things we had collected from around the world were in pieces, our glass ware all broken!!! They hide all negative feedback so no one can see it and they refused to acknowledge their fault! They’re communication has been awful, we have been waiting since January to resolve this!! Just avoid at all costs !

Wouldn’t even give one star!
1. Wrong boxes delivered initially.
2. Shipment wasn’t sent when supposed to and had been forgotten about until I chased them.
3. Shipped my boxes via FedEx air freight when I booked for sea freight -packing my possessions to suit this method.
4. Used all their ‘specialist’ boxes and packing materials provided under the guidance of their videos and recommendations. Yet I am not entitled to a refund as my items were not packed appropriately.
5. Shipment arrived demolished, over £500 worth of damage INCLUDING another persons possessions being re-packed in my boxes!
6. BaggageHub denies any responsibility and says FedEx will not issue a claim as the goods were delivered in “good condition” EVEN THOUGH I have provided evidence on the FedEx delivery note that it says delivered damaged.
7. Baggage Hub offers £45 as a gesture of goodwill and denies any responsibility.

Well Done Baggage Hub
I recently contracted with Baggage Hub to move three items (two suitcases and a bike box) from Abu Dhabi UAE to Madrid Spain.
Initially, I worked with Craig R., in Dubai, to book the shipment and generate the quote. Craig explained the process clearly and provided a timely and accurate quote that remained constant throughout.
My items were picked up on time on the scheduled date. The packer did a very good job of wrapping the items and labeled them properly. He said they would add additional wrapping once the items were delivered to the warehouse - which they did. Once the items shipped, tracking information was provided on the website.
Upon reviewing the tracking information, I had a question about the status of one of the suitcases. My query to Baggage Hub was quickly answered by Jonathan D. He explained that the suitcase was not missing or still awaiting shipment. He explained it had been consolidated with the second suitcase into a single shipment (in fact, they wrapped and boxed them securely).
Two separate shipments were consigned to FedEx and transited to Madrid without issue. Once in Madrid, FedEx customs requested some additional paperwork, for the bike box, which I provided. The bike box cleared customs quickly and was delivered without issue. Inexplicably, the second item (the suitcases) was frustrated with FedEx customs for lack of the same documents I had already provided. I contacted FedEx directly on two occasions, again providing the documents, but no action was apparent and the shipment's status did not change. I mentioned this to Jonathan and he quickly stepped in. He resolved the issue with a single phone call and the shipment was delivered the following day. Outstanding work Jonathan!
Overall, I believe Baggage Hub did an great job delivering my shipments. Everything arrived well-packaged and without any damage. I was particularly impressed with Jonathan's one-to-one service and frequent communications. I would gladly return to Baggage Hub for my future shipments.
