Sad to leave a negative review as I really wanted to support a new venture. However buyers should be aware that despite the claims of the “free exchanges” on the website and an industry standard of free return postage on high value purchases this company will ask you to pay for your return postage.
Obviously buying motorcycle gear it is imperative to be able to try these things on and make sure they fit correctly.
I did contact them about this and rather than providing a gesture of goodwill by offering to cover the return postage they decided to stick to this policy.
Sadly I will not be ordering from this company again and will use other online retailers who do provide the ability to make sure you have the right fir when you’re spending £100s of pounds

We’re genuinely disappointed to receive this review, especially as it doesn’t reflect the full picture.
Our returns and exchange policy is clearly outlined on our website. We cover return shipping costs if a return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. In all other cases, including size changes or personal preference, the return postage is the customer’s responsibility, which is standard practice across the industry.
While we always aim to be helpful and understanding, the customer made it clear that unless we covered their return postage, they would stop shopping with us and leave negative reviews. We don’t believe that’s a fair or reasonable approach—especially when our team had already gone above and beyond to assist.
We’ve now received further communication from this customer in which they state they would remove their negative review if we financially compensate them.
We want to be completely transparent in saying that we do not—and will not—respond to threats or attempts to influence our business decisions through reviews or the threat of public criticism.
We take all feedback seriously, and we always aim to treat our customers fairly and respectfully. Our returns and exchange policy is clear: return shipping costs are covered by us only in the event of an error on our part, such as a wrong or defective item being sent.
In this case, the item was not defective—it was simply the wrong size for the customer. While we absolutely understand that sizing can be tricky when shopping online, we also offer a free exchange service to make the process easier for our customers. Additionally, the item in question was purchased at a heavily discounted rate, the lowest in the UK at the time, and delivered with a free upgrade to next-day delivery at no extra cost. We also provided prompt responses to all queries—typically within 2 hours, even outside of working hours.
We firmly believe that a gesture of goodwill is something offered voluntarily—not something that should be demanded or expected as a condition for withholding or removing negative feedback. Unfortunately, this kind of approach puts businesses—especially small, independent ones—into a position where honesty and fairness are punished rather than rewarded.
The item has still not been returned, and as per our clearly stated policy, the customer remains responsible for the item until it is received back.
We remain committed to supporting the motorcycle community with transparency, fairness, and quality service—and we’re grateful to all our customers who continue to support us for exactly those reasons.

The replacement product should be with you tomorrow morning via UPS; we have raised a complaint with InPost and will find out exactly why the parcel was delivered to the wrong place. We are as frustrated as you are!

Great coffee in a lovely part of Wales ,it’s a brilliant destination where there is usually plenty of bikes and cars to drool over and the coffee and food is first class. On a nice day on the weekend it can get busy .

T shirt is great, good quality and good print! Unfortunately the postage method that was used In Post was very poor .. hardly any communication and when they did.. it was incorrect!

Old gits weekly breakfast
Weekly old gits breakfast this morning at the Baffle Haus, Bonvilston, Vale of Glamorgan
We had 2 x The Banger & 1 x BLT, nice food but in our opinion a £1 overpriced on both choices.
Nice ambiance & decor but music too loud as had to raise our voices to hear each other (and no not because we’re old gits) as strangely enough did all the other customers.
I wish the business all the best with this new venture as nowhere else to go in the close proximity.

I'm sorry you've not had a great experience on this occasion, we will act on your feedback and review the volume of our sound system.
Regarding the pricing we do insist on sourcing from and supporting local suppliers and ensuring the highest quality of ingredients go into every item on the menu, whilst we could source ingredients for less we feel this is the right move for us as a responsible business that puts quality first.
