I ordered the Merlin Minworth II heated gloves and had an overall excellent experience—both with the product and the service from Tom and the team at Baffle Haus. International shipping turned out to be more complex than expected due to battery and heating element restrictions, but Tom was persistent, communicative, and patient throughout the process.

The gloves arrived in perfect condition, in the original packaging, and once charged, the heating function worked exactly as expected—providing a consistent and toasty warmth. The fit is excellent, true to size, and the gloves feel both protective and comfortable.

Just got back from my first visit, as we walked in ,4 staff behind bar , not one said hello or goodmorning Had to ask for a menu,ordered a drink went back to order breakfast to be told not taking orders till 9.30 ? Drunk my tea went back to bar to be told it was only 9.27 and they can't take my order. food server was great as was food but for the staff behind the bar could be welcoming and could of made the visit a lot more memorable

Really good price on a pair of Fuel armoured trousers, quite a bit less than elsewhere. However, there was a mix up with the colour, which Baffle Haus spotted before dispatching. I could wait a couple more months for new stock to come in, or I could have the ones they had at a good discount. I chose the discount option and the trousers arrived the next day. Despite the mix up, I can't fault the service provided or level of contact from Baffle Haus and will definitely consider purchasing from them again.
