After about a month with Back Unbroken, I’m noticing a real shift in my back pain and, honestly, in how I relate to it. I've been now doing this program since a month after having lower back pain issues since 3/4 months without any specific reasons. Before that, I tried stretching, physio, osteopath etc and nothing worked.
The program considerably improved my situation, last week for the first time in months I was able to bend forward regularly without being in pain. This is the true answer against back pain. This was my first month and I'll do another month. I'm now confident of being completely free of backpain.

Nate is the best. I couldn’t walk for 2 months due to 2 herniated discs with severe nerve pain. After a couple epidurals and a number of online therapists, i was starting to lose hope. Nate made everything seem so simple and within a couple weeks , mentally and physically I was making huge progress and after a month, I was back in the gym working out. Huge shout out to Nate and his program. If you have lower back pain that is hindering your life, give it a try.

I am very satisfied with the knowledge that I gained from this course, I was desperately looking something that will give me hope that I will get better and get rid of the fear that I'll be stuck without any movements... I have bulged discs and I have done a lot of
chiropractor treatments, massages, taking antiinflamatory tablets with just small results.. I spend a lot of money and as a result I didn't see much.

BackUnbroken is an exceptional app. I have read many books, studies, and materials about back pain over the years, and this is by far the most coherent, well-structured, and practical one-stop solution I have come across. It brings everything together in a way that is easy to follow and, most importantly, makes people in pain feel safe, understood, and confident about what is actually causing their issues.
This is not a quick fix, and that is exactly why it works. My strongest recommendation is to be patient and truly trust the process. Give it time. If you commit and follow the guidance consistently for a month or two, the results can be remarkable. The structure and progression of the program are exactly what most people with back pain are missing.
I also strongly recommend booking a one-on-one session with Nate, especially at the beginning. He is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and genuinely caring. That personal guidance early on makes a huge difference in understanding your specific situation and in building trust in the approach.

I have been struggling with chronic back/hip pain for years and I have a Huge excel spreadsheet that has tracked all the different physios and techniques I've tried over this period but nothing ever changed.
This programme has completely changed my perception on my back pain and after only a few weeks I started to feel so much calmer about everything. Understanding more about the neuroplastic side of pain has massivley reduced my syptoms and back anxiety. I will always be very grateful for finding this so I advise anyone who feels like they've tried all the traditional techniques please give this a go!

Great info and outlook. Everything said was what i was doing, and falling back into the same cycles. Retraining the nervous system needs to be talked about more in modern medicine for back pain as well as other issues.

I have been dealing with chronic back pain for a year. I did all the traditional back rehab programs (spinal decompression, core strengthening, posterior chain strengthening, glute medius training, and stretching). I have always been athletic. So I started to feel hopeless, because I had to stop doing squats and deadlifts (which I love!).
I already knew about neuroplastic pain as I'm a mental health worker, so it didn't take me much time to get on board with what Nate was teaching. I'm squatting and deadlifting again. And it's just within 4 weeks! I understand everybody has a different timeline. But you'll not only be pain free soon, you'll also have the tools to stay pain free for the rest of your life! Cannot recommend enough!

I’m so grateful I found Back Unbroken. After five and a half years of living with a lower back that constantly failed me, I stumbled across the program at my lowest point. I think this is the most extensive lower back pain knowledge and training program I have seen. There is so much useful information on this topic (like pain dials for example), everything is well thought out and makes sense. I am doing Restore program and hopefully the pain can finally go away when I get my body used to all these bending exercises.

After years of physical labour in the construction industry along with being in my late thirties, my back was always in pain. It was worse when it flared up. I did everything from stretching and strengthening, to seeing Physio, chiro and massage therapist. BackUnbroken helped me see why I was still in back pain and educated me on how pain isn’t just associated with bio mechanics (eg bulging discs). More importantly the program gave me practical ways to overcome this pain but most importantly, to understand this pain, which was key to getting me out of pain. The program was very transparent especially with the commitment involved in undertaking the program. Dr Nate was also easily reached through messages and video call. I won’t hesitate to recommend this program to anyone suffering back pain, no matter how bad your bio-mechanical symptoms may be. I started BackUnbroken because I had developed constant, aching lower back pain. Every part of my life was affected by this, from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to bed at night. I couldn't even do the dishes without using a back brace. Before finding BackUnbroken, I was doing the usual "remedies": stretching, chiropractic, hip mobility, core strength etc. I had some slight relief through these things, but it was only very slight and was always temporary. I was also watching an overload of Instagram reels of trainers claiming they had the ultimate fix to my back pain problems, and the amount of information was overwhelming. I didn't know who was right.
I saw an ad for BackUnbroken on Instagram randomly and was intrigued by Nate's claims about neuroplasticity and how the nervous system affects back pain. He also immediately brought up the confusion I was feeling about all the different solutions people claimed to have, so that resonated with me. I decided to give the program a shot since there was a five-day free trial.
Literally within the first day I made improvements. The concept of back pain being related to the nervous system and the way you were thinking about your back pain was totally new to me, but Nate shows the studies that back it up, so I decided to take a sort of "leap of faith" and trust what he was saying.
Within the first week of doing the program, my aching lower back pain had dramatically reduced. The reason for this was that I was starting to understand something about my back: the back (and spine specifically) is not a fragile piece of human machinery; on the contrary, it's actually extremely robust, flexible, and resilient. I’m two months into the course and a few weeks into actively implementing all the techniques, and it has already given me real hope and trust that there is a way out. I’m starting to feel some overall improvement, which is incredibly encouraging. The course itself is amazing — bite-sized, absolutely informative, and free of any unnecessary fluff. Every video is clear, to the point, and packed with exactly what you need. Nate explains everything so well, and his examples and analogies really resonated with me. I feel confident I’m on the right path; I just need to stay patient and consistent.

Now 67, I have lived with sciatica for more than 20 years and struggled to find lasting relief. I tried nearly every common treatment: prescription painkillers, muscle relaxers, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, multiple steroid injections, acupuncture and dry needling, chiropractic care, decompression therapies, and physical therapy. None of these helped beyond short-term relief; the pain always returned or grew worse. I maintain an active lifestyle, and surgeons told me surgery would severely limit the activities I enjoy. I’ve also seen cases of failed and repeat surgeries, so I decided not to go down that route.
Over time I discovered that some physical-therapy exercises did provide relief. Although some movements were painful while I did them, they did not cause further damage and helped in the long run.
