No response at all to their 'returns service' process, followed it up with an email to 'info@' and "sales@" but again NOTHING.

the complete lack of communication, when I'm not in England, is extremely frustrating

The t-shirts I bought were both good quality and the printing was immaculate. Arrived in good time. All in all I’m delighted with my purchases and will buy from them again.

Love this t-shirt. Nice material and fit. I was dubious as I've bought rubbish band merch in the past. But I will definitely be buying more from this company.

Item is poorly made. Different color from the pic. I usually wear size xl
Took a 2xl and wears kinda small.
It is not worth to return the item because of the shipping costs.
Paid 42 euros for a tshirt and it is just a rag. I will never buy on this website again.

Like many other reviews for Backstage Originals, communication seems to be an alien concept to them. I don't understand how they continue to merchandise online. My T-shirt did eventually arrive however it wasn't the size I ordered, in fact, there isn't even an option to order the size I received from their online store! I can't be bothered trying to contact them about getting the size I required as I don't believe they would care or do anything about it so I'm going to have to just take the hit and leave this review to make other potential customers aware. Purchase at your peril. Very sloppy customer service.

I am sorry to write this review, but I have not even received my t-shirt despite numerous attempts to trace its whereabouts..... And yet I have been contacted to review your service twice already :(

I purchased this t-shirt a month ahead of a concert I wanted to wear it for, and in the end had to go without. Over 6 weeks later, no explanation nor any sign of t-shirt, update, or attempt to reimburse. It's not fun to write reviews like this, but it has unfortunately been my experience, despite having attempted to contact you several times.

I sent 2 emails asking for sizing plus a Twitter message plus an insta message and got zero response. Ordered 2 x 2xl t shirts that came in at 23ptp which is tiny for 2xl. Raised a return on Saturday and it needs authorizing and end of Monday and no response. Just very very poor customer service.

I ordered and paid 6 t-shirts. I only received 4.
While trying to solve if the missing shirts are coming later or if i will get a refund I was not answered by mail or from their website in weeks... Still no answer,t-shirts or refund...

I ordered from them 3 weeks ago and the package never arrived. Tried to make contact 2 times but they don't respond either.
