Bought two t-shirts
After paying on their website, they went RADIO SILENT.
No package on its way
No response to their mails

So of course, I tried emailing support. A month goes by, no response.
I check their instagram to find a hotline for calling support, so I check the open times and call SEVERAL DIFFERENT TIMES with no answer.

I've read several other places about people not getting stuff nor support responding. Please for the love of god don't buy anything from these

Não encomendem desta marca. A minha encomenda ficou retida algures na alfândega e nunca a recebi, nem fui reembolsada. Informei o serviço de atendimento ao cliente que me informa que talvez tenha de submeter informação adicional relativamente à encomenda... que é uma t-shirt... (a sério que tenho de ser eu?) pedi para anular a encomenda, que devolvam o dinheiro... há mais de um mês e nada.

They sent me the wrong size and refused to send me the right one. Terrible experience!!

Backstage Originals has been outstanding in terms of the prompt seamless delivery of a t shirt I had ordered .Iwas provided with tracking from Royal Mail .I am very happy with my quality t shirt and certainly would highly recommend Backstage Originals .

£8 to try on a t-shirt.
The t-shirt was nice but too small. Communication was ok with the store. I sent it back which cost me £4 then they gave me a partial refund so they get their £4 postage back. Just something to consider before making a purchase.

So 4 days after shipping and 4 days of nil communications the customer team finally wrote to me to say due to a shipping issue the order was now cancelled and I would receive my money back in 3-5 days !!!

No explanation of what the issue was. No option offered re shipping a replacement (my preference). Just cancelled !

So a frustrating and ultimately disappointing experience. No customer service or care.

Wrong t-shirt received. They don't care, they pack just whatever. No return slip, no reply from the seller, not good quality either. 5 times overpriced.
Never ever again

Received a Bowie t-shirt with a defect and SERIOUS QUALITY ISSUES. Turns out I need to cover the return costs.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, they are not publishing the negative review I submitted for this t-shirt on their website.

ALSO, after paying for the return of this garbage t-shirt, I received my refund, which was not full! It did not include the postage I paid when I made the purchase.

IN SHORT, this company will sell you a faulty (and very low quality) item, but you will have to incur two postage charges to get a refund. Make it make sense.

Sorry, but you guys are scumbags.

I did return my order a month ago - and have still not received my money back. I have contacted the company 3 times without any luck....

Genuinely worst company. I thought i would give them a chance despite poor reviews, It has been 4 weeks and the order hasn’t even left the warehouse and i haven’t been provided with a tracking nunber

Miserabler Kundenservice. Hatte eine Falschlieferung und diese reklamiert. Es kam überhaupt keine Reaktion oder Entschuldigung. Geld weg und das falsche T-Shirt immer noch an der Backe.

Keine Kaufempfehlung, werde NIE wieder dort was bestellen.
