No issue with receiving the order, however I have requested to return it and after 11 days I am still waiting for a response - in their T&C's it says that any returns need to be requested within 14 days, and then items need to be returned within a further 14 days, but this is impossible without being sent the returns information.
I have emailed the company for a third time today and hoping this will be resolved by them soon.

As others, I wish I had a look here before clicking purchase. After weeks of wait and a very unreliable and unclear delivery system online, and zero responses to my email, my package was 'magically' being sent back to the warehouse', and it has been in that status for weeks with no further updates and no response whatsoever. It feels surreal, never had such an experience in my life. Needless to say, do not order if you don't want to provide charity to this 'legendary' store ...

I am beginning to think this is a scam ,
They are a terrible company, I bought two T shirts , it took almost 10 days to come , I always order T shirts in an XL and it always works for me , not this time they are much smaller than XL , have tried to send them back , they only arrived today but they haven’t sent me my return information which stop you sending the items back

To be honest i received a T-shirt very quickly unfortunately it was the wrong T-shirt. I would really like to swap if for the correct one but the company seems to be ignoring me ?

I made a purchase on 21/06/25 Guns n Roses 2XL Denim Jacket; I have had to email them on 26/06/25 and 1/7/25 to chase them up and so far I've been met with silence. I'm guessing this is going to be tough to get my money back so I'll be serving them with a summons on the address listed on their website.

To anyone thinking of buying from this website, avoid at all costs!!

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS BUSINESS. I ordered 2 T-Shirts, they never got to me, impossible to even get in touch with the store (never reply on emails, they don't pick up the phone) and they have yet to process a refund for me. At this point I have asked more than 10 times.

This is not a legitimate business. Save your money and your peace of mind.

If I could give a no star I would. Bought a hoodie for my son and want to exchange it for another size or get a refund. I have sent 2 emails and haven’t heard anything from them. They don’t even acknowledge having the email, which they have or I would have had a message saying unable to deliver. Don’t order from these save your money. Disgusting customer service. They are quick to take the money but not bothered with customer care. Tell all your friends not to buy from these. Order from a reputable supplier not cowboys. STAY AWAY

Lots of T-Shirt designs, but the quality of the shirts are very low...quite thin. I'm scared to give it a first wash, as it's probably gonna be baby size when it comes out.

I'm a Large, but bought XL to account for shrinkage.. and that fit like a Medium. So I went into the store and swapped for a 2XL which fits fine, but I'm not washing it until after a gig i'm going to... just in case.

They had no issues in store with a swap, literally hand mine over and they gave me the other - same design. Initially I bought online, and delivery was fine and on time.

I haven't experience any customer service issues online, so can't comment on that

The t shirts are great quality, comfortable to wear and the designs are quite striking. Overall very happy with my order.

I ordered a tank top to Denmark and it came after 11 days

I sent my order to my mailing address where my friend lives
I waited until all my shopping was delivered.
Yesterday I met with my friend and one Amazon delivery and your four t shirt package was not with them.
I'm thinking that something or one must have taken them. Can you help me with this.

I ordered my tshirt on 21 March and am still waiting for it. I emailed the company asking when I may expect to receive it and never got a response. So that's why I'm rating your service crap but I doubt anyone will read this anyway 😡

On time delivery well informed and great product

Backstageoriginals provided fast delivery and excellent quality. While I had no issues personally, customer service could improve responsiveness to queries. Overall, a reliable company for great band merchandise that fits well and feels premium. Would recommend and buy again!
