I ordered the Putnam Bariatric cushion as I suffer from back and hip pain. It arrived quickly and the instructions were clear and helpful.

I was a bit concerned as the price was quite high, but after using the cushion for a few days, I can honestly say I'm delighted with it.

It's extremely comfortable and has, in fact, alleviated the discomfort I felt using other cushions. It rebounds into its original shape and is worth every penny.

Update: I received an email from June the morning of the 25th Feb 2025, apologising for the delay in getting back to me and for the delay in dispatchng my order due to an 'exceptionally high volume of emails and orders'. The order, for a Slothie Mattress Topper was then sent by DPD and arrived the following afternoon. It is most comfortable - I bought it for a rather hard Futon. The one thing that I would say is that there is no way of contacting Back Care Online by phone despite the website saying 'give us a call'. This does need to be changed. But full marks for sorting out the delay and ensuring that I received the Slothie.

I have read the reviews on Trustpilot but my experience has been quite different. I ordered a mattress toper on the 19th February. I received confirm ation of the orde but nothing since. I have emailed them twice and sent a request for information using their online contact but apart from an acknowledgement of the emails through Zendesk, a 'cloud based customer service' there has been nothing. The much vaunted June no longer exists and there is no contact number despite the website confidently asserting 'give us a call'. I don't know what's happening but I am not confident that I will receive my order.

I bought a chair from Back Care a few years ago. The chair itself was great and the price was excellent compared to the competition. If that was reason enough for the 5-stars, when the chair needed repairing--even though it was outside the warrenty--Back Care arranged for an engineer to visit my house free of charge. Their customer service is outstanding: swift, no prevarication, and with an excellent outcome. I'd go back to them in an instant.

I am a side sleeper and have had issues with snoring for a while now. I managed to identify that it was due to the position that my head was going into due to the lack of support from the pillow is was using, basically tilting forward so that my chin was getting very close to my neck. I managed to reduce snoring by tilting my head back, and although this was fine for falling asleep, throughout the night my head would gradually tilt forward again. I purchased the Anti-Snore Memory Foam Contour Pillow in the hope that, due to the contoured shape, it would provide support under my chin to keep my head tilted back, and pleased to report that it does just that. It isn't absolutely perfect and based on the result on the Snorelab app I do still have periods of light snoring, but the snore score went from over 40 to now consistently less than 10. The biggest benefit is not disturbing my wife, and ultimately not getting woken up throughout the night as a result of my wife trying to stop me from snoring.

Definitely a huge benefit, so hopefully can help other side sleepers that need to get their head tilted back to reduce snoring.

I ordered knee pillow 31 Dec 2024. Never received. A parcel was received by royal mail 10th January but it was my neighbours not mine despite tracking number signed off. I contacted June straight away and numerous emails since. I have also contacted royal mail 4 times and local post office who admitted that the post person was agency and made loads mistakes no longer works for them, and the parcel is lost. They gave details for me to pass to June including my post office query number, phone number to call and to say under trace 24 the sender is able to claim up to £150 for undelivered or lost parcels. This June has refused to do saying as far as they are concerned it has been delivered, to look around for it or its probably stolen and to contact police. IT HAS NOT ITS LOST. The picture of parcel delivered is four or five times bigger than a small knee pillow. I cannot claim from the post office the sender does this direct which I have notified them off. Refusing to do. Trading Standards have taken on the case. UPDATE 27/1 AVOID THIS COMPANY I have received a reply AGAIN stating not their problem as parcel posted. I telephoned ROYAL MAIL ON 03457740740 their customer services department, PARCEL LOST despite me sending backcare my details to make a claim against lost parcel, THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO, this is now a BREACH OF CONTRACT. Company hiding behind emails and taking no responsibility once they have your money. Please look at other reviews I am not the only person this has happened to. BEWARE!

Please only order from this company if you are actually at home to receive it.

I ordered an 8° Wedge Cut Out cushion. Annoyingly they don't deliver to Northern Ireland where I live, so it was delivered to my son's address in England.

Royal Mail stated it was delivered on 14th December; however the given image proof was completely unacceptable as it showed a tiny fraction of a grey bag just visible from an open door (see profile picture). My son, having never found this parcel, stated the package showing was a Wayfair package. He had several deliveries the same day from RM.

I sourced a replacement elsewhere (that actually delivers to NI), and asked the company for a refund.

They made me wait ages under the guise of 'doing investigations' before eventually refusing the refund by hiding behind the 'Safe Place' policy, as in, 'RM said they delivered it therefore you have it.'

Consequently I am now £43.39 unnecessarily out of pocket, not to mention having to replace the item.

Unlike companies, I don't have insurance for this kind of situation.

A very unprincipled, uncaring company, as further evidenced by the Trustpilot warning about 'displaying Trustpilot content incorrectly.....'

Great product, as described. Good order and delivery communication.

the item is overpriced for what it is, it's less comfortable than I hoped and a bit too large, or the hole too small to be able to position it in the most comfortable way. its just a circular piece of foam with a hole cut in the middle, cost me £40

I desperately needed the Slothie Travel Mattress for an impending trip. Unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock, so the 2-3 delivery day window couldn’t be honoured. I contacted June via customer service. I have to say that the service she gave was exemplary! She moved heaven & earth to ensure I got the mattress in time. Extremely efficient & friendly. The mattress has arrived & is superb. Exactly what I was looking for. Excellent quality. Thank you! I couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Fantastic products at competitive prices. I purchased a Putnam’s memory foam wedge pillow to make sleeping more comfortable with ongoing oesophageal issues. It has made a big difference and is so much comfier than trying to prop myself up on pillows.

I also made a snap decision to buy the Renpho Eyeris 1 eye massager as a stress reliever and I am so glad I did. It’s amazing. Blissful. I believe you can play your own choice of music through it but I love the generic soothing music already installed. The eye mask massages your eyes gently and your temples more firmly while gentle heat helps soothe away any tension. It’s brilliant.

Back care online delivered everything promptly and packaging and communications were excellent. What a fab find. I recommend heartily this company and the products I bought. Thanks so much
