I bought the Louis Vuitton hoop earrings . I wore them earrings twice and they faded immediately. I mean I knew they were not full gold but dang!! They faded real fast and for $95 they shouldn’t be faded. I will not be shopping here ever again. If I could give them a zero star I would have.

This is my second time ordering. Shipping takes a few weeks. You just have to be patient. This time I ordered the Louis Vuitton monogram belt. Once again, item is authentic. The belt has that great leather smell, not a plastic funny type smell as the fakes do. The stitching is well put together, the leather is soft, on the back of the belt buckle it doesn’t have Louis Vuitton engraved like the fakes do. The flower type design is matching up with the belt holes and is center, the heat stamp on the inside of the belt with the correct serial/style numbers match up as well as the lettering that reads Louis Vuitton made in Spain. Everything matches up with other pieces I have ordered straight from Louis Vuitton. Also, you can use google search by taking a picture of the item as well as the inside of the belt with the heat stamp and it’ll let you know the tell tell signs of authentic verses fake items. I’m very happy with my purchase. Great, high, authentic quality. I will definitely order again and I recommend Bacalli.

I bought earrings that tarnished after only my second wear! Please save your money!

I have made at least 6 purchases from Bacalli and the previous name nonberry and really haven't had any complaints! If the items are not real they are a damn good replica and like your mother TAUGHT YOU, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

I am being charge for a order I did not receive,

Ordered an item in December. After one month it took me reaching out for them to confirm it was lost.

So they shipped the same item out Jan 20. Now it’s been another month. Item no where. Reached out again. They told me it was in transit and would arrive before my birthday.

How do they know when my birthday is? Second: my birthday is in June. So you’re telling me an item I ordered in DECEMBER will definitely arrive by June?????

This place is a scam. I’ve already done a charge back on my card and received all my money back. Don’t. Trust. Bacalli.

So far I am still waiting for my order. Ordered two pair of earrings. But I'm now skeptical since I haven't received my package. I hate scammers and I hope this isn't a scam - if it is you people will reap what you sow.

Fake jewelry, it’s unbelievable the items came from china , do not purchase from them and they won’t return emails

I made two purchases from Bacalli. The first time, the item arrived without any issues. However, the second time, I ordered two pairs of Dior earrings. They took the payment, but it’s been over 10, maybe 15 days, and I still haven’t received a tracking number. I’ve sent several emails, but no one has responded.

At this point, I’m starting to feel like this might be a scam. I had hoped to see the earrings to decide if I would continue ordering from them, but given this experience, I definitely won’t be recommending them. If you do decide to try, I’d suggest starting with something inexpensive. The customer service is very poor, with no phone number available for contact, and no responses to multiple emails.

I received a fake Celine hat and fake balenciaga earrings

I purchased what was supposed to be a "Vintage Gucci Double G Bracelet" from Bacalli after my wife was looking at it on the site. It was a gold version of a silver bracelet she owned and was a bit of an impulse last-minute Christmas present. Because of this I didn't do my typical due diligence about this purported second-hand luxury goods marketplace, figuring it was another Poshmark, RealReal, etc.

The first red flag was the confirmation email coming via a WooCommerce-branded template. WooCommerce is a free commerce add-on to WordPress, a free web site software. That is not something a commercial web site is likely to use. The second red-flag was a literal Gucci store manager I know informing me that Gucci never made that bracelet in gold. The third red flag was receiving this supposed gold version of the same piece my wife owns in silver, was clearly fake in every perceivable physical way. The gold one is much thinner, the Gs are different fonts, the stamping effect is super-shallow on the front and sometimes incomplete on the back.

The piece was from a seller called "Nomberry" and came with a blank "certificate of authenticity". Nomberry purports to be a Canadian luxury consignment goods company.

I reported this as counterfeit via Bacalli customer service email. They immediately agreed to give me a refund and I was indeed refunded the full amount with shipping 5 days later.

So I will say that they're not a scam in that they'll refund you if you ask, but based on my experience and some research into other reviews and the site itself, I'd steer clear and stick with the more reputable circular luxury good marketplaces.

Bacalli presence online is marketed as a luxury consignment seller, whose merchandise is authentic. I purchased 3-items (2 Gucci and 1 Loewe) and when I received my items, they were all counterfeit. The Gucci symbols are wrong and the Loewe engraving was missing from that item. They even sight me a authentication card from Nomberry, the card wasn't signed and provided no document stating what they were authenticating. Both Bacalli and Nomberrya are fraudulent. I emailed them on 1/12 and have not received a response back regarding my request for a refund.

The clothes are very good quality and reasonably priced with lots of sale items.

The shoes are very comfortable and durable. I am personally recommend it
