Great quality items and easy collection process only had a little hiccup with the arrival of the products which was soon resolved. This is my second rental from them and would do it again

Amazing and hassle free
I rented the bugaboo butterfly for a holiday and I honestly was so impressed. This was for my 3rd child and with my previous children I have wasted so much money and had so much stuff unused or not needed which is a waste of space and money, so when I came across this I thought it was a brilliant concept. It was so easy to navigate the website and the delivery and collection when we was home was so easy and hassle free I have recommended to my friends and will absolutely use this company again. Thankyou!

Had the best experience with Baboodle. Despite minor teething issues and delivery, they were sorted impeccably and swiftly. Very sad that my baby has outgrown the Snoo as it was such a joy to have. Wishing this genuinely caring company all the very best!

Amazing service
Amazing service! From start to finish, it made life so easy amidst the chaos. We needed a travel pram for our newborn but our existing travel pram wouldn’t work for a 12 week old so this was the perfect short term solution. Great customer service too, after 4 hours of ordering I realised I made a mistake with the order due to baby brain and they amended the order in 30 minutes. The return process was super straight forward as well, with all the necessary actions and prompts provided so you didn’t have to work anything out. We will definitely be using the service again! The only thing that would make an already great service slightly better, is if a link to the hire product instruction manual could also be provided - especially for collapsing and opening the pram! Thanks again.

Disney trip
We needed a pram for our 5 year old for a trip to Disneyland Paris, extremely delighted with quality and cleanliness of the pram. Made our trip so much easier. Delivery was quick and returning was simple. Would definitely recommend Baboodle

Above and Beyond service
I couldn't be happier with this service! I messed up the delivery date and put in the wrong month for my pram. I contacted them in a panic thinking I would be pramless for my holiday. They replied straight away and made sure I got a next day delivery. Holiday saved! You don't get this 'above and beyond' service often these days, what a gem! Thank you so much.

Disappointing to say the least
Disappointing to say the least. Ordered an Artipoppe carrier allowed me to select next day delivery. I would have understood if it was a few days for delivery but I was then told it would be at least a week for delivery due to ‘courier restraints’ then asked if it would be the same for a travel pram for a future booking but all of a sudden the courier restraints weren’t there anymore and that was fine to do? Not sure if this is just a marketing tactic?
I’m sure the other reviews are genuine but felt the customer service was really lacking. I cancelled the order no real offer to sort anything out was told ‘sorry we weren’t the right fit’ and went with elsewhere as based on my experience I don’t think I could risk the unreliability so close to a holiday if booking a travel pram with them.

Thank you for your feedback. I note you selected your preferred delivery date as a next day delivery. We do try to make clear on the product page, checkbox on the cart page and all email confirmations that this is a preferred delivery date and not a guarantee - as I'm sure you can imagine our stock fluctuates very quickly.
We always aim to get orders out as close to that date as possible, and would have sent as soon as stock was back in. I can see that we let you know it would be delayed by a few days and that we would give you further eta updates that same day, but you requested to cancel instead.
The reference we made to a week was in response to you asking how far in advance we'd recommend placing an order to guarantee delivery. Unfortunately we are a small business and don't have unlimited stock - we operate on a 'first come, first served' basis, so the more in advance you're able to order the better! We also let you know that we have most travel prams in stock so there wouldn't be a stock concern there.
I can only apologise that you found our customer service lacking - this is not feedback we're used to hearing as we really do try to go above and beyond in how we operate, as our reviews demonstrate. I apologise again that we weren't able to fulfil your last minute request and hope you have a lovely holiday.

Excellent business! Very prompt communication, super easy to order and return the rentals, not to mention they were absolutely spotless. I found it a great way to trial products and have them for as long as you need without breaking the bank. Highly recommend

The best customer service I honestly…
The best customer service I honestly ever received. I made a massive mistake, they were completely understanding and empathetic. Helped solve the issue without cost. Didn't have to speak to a bot, real genuine humans interaction delivery and return were so straightforward definitely recommend this service.

Great service, no fuss, super easy! Rented a few items for my second baby as I had got rid of a lots of stuff and it was super easy to rent and return as my baby grew into the next stage. Absolutely fab experience, I have recommended to many many people.
