Good communication, poor stroller
The communication was very good. Also the drop off and Picking up at our hotel. The staff was flexible and nice.
The stroller on the other hand was not in good shape. It was dirty at arrival, the sun shade was broken and came off constantly and it seemed to not be save for trips around London using tube, busses and old streets.

That said, we are truly sorry about the stroller. Dirty at arrival, a broken sun shade and concerns about safety , that is simply not good enough, and we completely understand how frustrating and worrying that must have been, especially when navigating London's tubes, buses and cobbled streets with little ones. Every piece of equipment we offer should be clean, fully functional and safe before it reaches a family.
Your feedback has been shared with the provider so this can be addressed before the next rental. We do not take these things lightly.

Baby cot rental
We rented a baby cot through Babonbo as staying at a relative's house in Milan and it was the best decision. Cot was delivered promptly when agreed, all very clean and in good condition. Arranging delivery and pick up was also hassle free as they were happy to be leaving and picking up the equipment from the building's concierge. Communication was great all along and we'll surely be using it again whenever needed on our travels.

I had an exceptional experience with babinbo, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Evgenia was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She reached out before our arrival in the Netherlands, which made the whole process feel seamless and stress-free. Her communication throughout was clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful.
She was right on time for both delivery and pick-up, and everything was handled so professionally. The stroller itself was a total lifesaver during our trip. Very comfortable, easy to use, and in excellent condition, just like new. It made exploring so much easier and more enjoyable for our family.

It was such a easy experience for us to use. We traved to Italy from out of country and happened to come across this company. They were very friendly, easy to use, came to us with a stroller for us to use for our trip. They also had quick communication. Very pleased.
