Last minute need in Rome…
This was a last minute need as a first timer in Rome with a toddler. Do not underestimate the streets and think a regular stroller will withstand the cobblestone. The kind people we rented from were very accommodating and communicated well with us throughout the whole process, including delivering the stroller directly to us at an airbnb. I would give them 10 stars if I could! The stroller we rented, along with the insulation because the temperature dropped while we were there, were both in great condition. Very clean, durable, and perfect for the busy streets. It also folded up easy, making sure that a bulk stroller was not an issue in restaurants that dont have the space to leave a stroller open in a corner. Don't think twice if you need this service!

Very practical and reliable service
We rented a stroller during our trip to Vienna and the whole process was very easy from start to finish. Communication was quick, clear and helpful, and both pickup and drop-off were very convenient.
The stroller was clean, in very good condition and exactly as shown in the photos. Traveling with children is much easier when you do not have to carry extra equipment, so this made a big difference for us. It was especially practical around the city.
The price could have been a little more affordable, but overall it was still worth it for the convenience. We would also like to thank Raphael for his kindness and helpful support throughout the process.
Overall, it was a very organized, reliable and family-friendly service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Vienna with children.

I would very much recommend babonbo. Even a few days before our trip to Spain, I was able to rent a stroller which was already delivered at the hotel before we arrived. You get clear communication via WhatsApp and the gear was really great to use. It made traveling with a baby so much easier. Will definitely use it again

Proactive and responsive
The baby stroller was very good quality and in great shape. It had all the extras and the accessories we needed for all the weather changes we faced, from sun to cold, and rain. Very helpful staff, responsive, and kind. We will for sure use their services again, and I highly recommend them.

J'ai porté réclamation concernant la…
J'ai porté réclamation concernant la location d'un siège auto et une poussette que je n'ai pris car dans un état d'hygiène plus que douteux.
Effectivement ce sont des articles de location mais je serais curieuse de connaître le protocole de lavage et d'assainissement des articles car ils étaient sales et tachés. Les photos mises en avant dans l'annonce sont des photos des articles neufs et cela est loin d'être la réalité quand vous êtes sur place pour récupérer le matériel.
Ma réclamation n'a pas abouti car mes photos des tâches n'étaient pas très nettes et on m'a répondu en gros que pour de la location il ne faut pas s'attendre à plus ! J'ai déboursé 135 euros pour finalement n'avoir rien : ni proposition d'autres articles chez d'autres personnes ni remboursement.
C'est lamentable.
Je ne recommande absolument pas.
La prochaine fois je vais emporter mon propre matériel et payer en plus avec la compagnie aérienne.
Extrêmement déçue de ce système.
