We recently renovated 2 bathrooms with B4u. one bathroom was renovated very nicely. However, for the other bathroom we had issues since day 1. They sent us a tiler that did a very poor job followed by another employee that also did a very poor job covering all the issues. I rang them for days to get someone in their offices to see the issues and rectify them. No answer or a call back for days until my husband called them… it took a few days but they agreed to fix the issues. We waited for 4 months for the issues to be fixed (we have underfloor heating so we had no heating the whole winter, since we didn’t know when they’d fix the tiles). Lots of issues related to items and poor work and missed dates that I am not going to go into detail… but the main issue I experienced was the disconection between departments and lack of customer service. We paid 90% of the total before the work thinking they’d at least answer my calls if I had an issue, but that was not the case. I understand things sometines go wrong, and that’s why we gave them the oportunity to rectify the mistakes, however their poor customer service and all the issues left a lot to be desired.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. They are very organised, always on time and clean. The project flowed without a hitch thanks to the highly skilled tradesmen.

B4u are fantastic company to deal with. Everything from our first visit to showroom to our consultation with Dillan was great. The tradesmen were so efficient & work was complete in five days, we are delighted with our finished bathroom. We would have no hesitation in recommending b4u for your renovation

Excellent customer service and a very professional tradespeople from Plumber, Electrician to Tilers, work was exceptional and very satisfied with the finished bathroom. John (Cork)

Thank you for amazing job you did to my bathroom!! I am very, very happy thank you again.

Poor after sales and no response. Dodgy fittings and no help provided.
Avoid at all costs

Very professional & dedicated workers. They were punctual, worked efficiently and were extremely tidy. This company give you continuous one to one contact before, duration & on completion. Exceptional in what they do.

Where do I start from the first meeting with John you think things couldn't get any better. Then the crew arrived on Monday morning bright and early. They started with the downstairs bathroom unbelievable work done. Toilet sink and shower had to be moved. Everything ready for the tiler and he was fantastic. Seven day bith jobs completely finished to a very high standard. A great company a pleasure to deal with, and the staff were all fantastic. Would highly recommend them

Team were professional, courteous, helpful, diligent, and determined. Job completed in three days. The quality of the work is exceptional. The two rooms have been transformed. Thanks to the team.

Amazing service! From start the finish the company were incredible to work with. Their efficiency was 2nd to none. We decided last minute to get two bathrooms renovated before our 3rd child arrived and the speed with how the processed it all was incredible. They had both bathrooms complete within the week and their clean up was impressive. I would highly recommend Bathrooms4u and I’ll be back to them for my other bathrooms!

What an amazing company! They keep their promises and deliver superb bathrooms on time. I’m thrilled with the results and highly recommend each member of the dedicated team. Each one is talented, courteous and willing to ensure perfection. No request is too much trouble. The end result is a gleaming, beautiful bathroom. Every detail finished to the highest standard, beyond expectations. My floors were protected, my home respected and I was consulted throughout. Well done team! Thanks for the ducks!

Bathrooms4u were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Well managed, I had a GORGEOUS new bathroom within one week (without the hassle of trying to organise different tradesmen myself!!) A phonecall from headoffice to notify me of schedule & everyone turned up when they were supposed to!
A great team, extremely clean, tidy and professional. I really appreciated the final check in from Alan when works were complete to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Thank you bathrooms4u team for an amazing job and experience. After John and team completed the bathroom assessment, we were 100% confident in progressing with b4u in renovating our bathroom. This was because of the level of detail and communication they went through at this first step to ensure they fully understood our needs and collaborated with us to ensure we were getting the bathroom we wanted. After that, it was plain sailing and that was because of the team in the office. The communication between assessment and completion was second to none. A big thank you to Aine, who was instrumental in that communication. We visited the showroom in Cork and the team there were so helpful and fully understood our plans regarding the renovation and what had been planed at the assessment time so it felt very easy for us to choose the fixtures and fittings.
When it came to the renovation, we were told the guys would be there at 8am, they were every day and worked so hard all day and every evening left the place so clean. The team on site were so professional, friendly and focused, it was watching artists' work and they work extremely hard. I can’t believe we were able to enjoy the bathroom we wanted and needed in just 5 days. We have another bathroom we will be looking to renovate in the future and bathrooms4u is the only place we will go based on our last experience. Thank you b4u.

Just had a bathroom makeover from bathrooms 4u ...brilliant couldn't fault this company work was outstanding from day 1 to finish kudos to James Aidan Eoin and all who made our bathroom look fab we would totally recommend this company 10 stars 4 sure

Tralee based Bathrooms4u. I had a bathroom fitted in killarney. Excellent service from enquiry/consultation to completion. Very professional team, efficient work pathway, very polite and respectful of my home and family. The standard of work from tiling to fitting is superb. Pricing is competitive and fair. Very pleased and will use again for future work.

We were renovating a single, very old and outdated bathroom from top to bottom, including some custom points like a heated floor, in-shower sitting shelf and many others. I have to say, I was a bit skeptical on the promise of fully completing the work in a week's time, given the scope of the changes involve.
Honestly , the company delivered exactly as they have promised. Everything was done to the highest possible standard, with an absolute minimum of disruption to our lives, and given that we were welcoming a new baby into the family at the same time was much appreiciated. Any small problems during the renovation were sorted in a matter of moments.Everything ,form ground works, electrical, plumbing, tiling ect was done to a superb standard.

To summarize, the guys came in for a week, and when they left I had the most beautiful bathroom that | could ever dream of, and a little duck on a sink, which is their trademark. The triton Envi shower that they installed is out of this world by the way.
Also, I have to mention the sales rep, John Favley, the man that have walked us through the entire renovation. John goes well above and beyond the call of duty, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such care, passion and devotion to the customer and his work. John was more like a friend than anything else, he was taking my silly calls day and night, making sure that we were happy each and every step of the way. John, I owe you a big one buddy.
Overall, if you decide to do your bathroom renovation with bathrooms4you, the only regret that you will have is that you didn't do it sooner. 10/10

Very, very happy customers

Bathrooms 4U just finished our second bathroom refurbishment. The end result is excellent. More importantly the team of trades and sales were outstanding. 5 days, in and out. The house keeping, punctuality and efficiency was top class. Highly recommended.

We bought both our hallway floor tiles and kitchen backsplash in the Tralee retail showroom during the tile sale. The staff were knowledgeable and helped us choose wisely. The variety to choose from was what impressed us most, we will definitely be back.

We had our bathroom renovated recently and the results were beyond our expectations.from the salesman Ben to the finishing team.they were all excellent tradesmans and we would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of getting their bathroom renovated

We have just had 2 bathrooms totally refurbished over 8 working days and the entire experience has been amazing all the way. From our initial enquiry, bathroom survey with John Falvey to the ordering and to final install it has been refreshingly satisfying. Bathrooms4U did exactly what they said they would do and when they would do it. Always kept us informed as to the next step and everything happened when they said it would. Best of all has been the craftmanship - just stunning and they kept everything neat and tidy whilst working (so efficiently) and left the house only needing a light dusting. We are totally delighted and would recommend Bathrooms4u without reservation.
