B12 AI Website Builder Anmeldelser

After experiencing the ups and downs of web services over the years, it has beena true pleasure working with B12. Simply put, they are fast, responsive, do excellent work, provide valuable feedback and insights all at affordable prices. Service and questions are handled quickly and in a friendly personal manner whether it is via email, or on the phone. They listen to what I want to accomplish, translate my ideas into executable componements on my site. I highly recommend B12.

I am thrilled with the product that B12 delivered. I was blown away by the quality at the price point. I highly recommend using them for your site.

The B-12 process was simple and easy. Although they can build a website very quickly, they still took the time to get a feel for what I was seeking and implemented any requested changes quickly. They truly exceeded my expectations and the price was terrific!

B12 staff/team is the absolute best. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. They are all peaches and a delight to work with.

Excellent AI generated web design & content aids!!

Megan was great to work with, both on the phone and email.

I observed this ad on Facebook that this company could quickly build me a site. I thought, let’s see what they can do”. I was very impressed. Very modern and more impressive than many small business sites have.

Wonderful! Professional! On-Time and On Par!
Working with the team at B12 has been absolutely wonderful. They have been attentive and on par 100% of the time. I have used them for several websites, and their team has been quick to respond and easy to work with. They have helped me with my own business and I am excited to move forward with them.

B12 has been amazing! Their customer support and sales teams have been incredibly helpful and accessible throughout our entire partnership. They offer such an amazing product/service. I love how they allow us to be as hands-on or hands-off as we would like. We have looked into other alternatives and we would be paying thousands for the same product anywhere else. The product and team have been incredible!

I have had no issues using the B12 platform. We have a basic ecommerce site, B12 delivers all we needed. Easily integrated with the Ecwid platform. 4 stars

Excellant website design, excellant support and excellant results

Love you guys...fast, creative and great follow up when I need it! 5 stars, thumbs up and two snaps! 👍

B12 Website Builder is a total RIP OFF. They did not do anything but steal my money and when I asked for it back they wanted to hide behind their Refund Policy which was never mentioned to me before I purchased their services. I started building my own website on B12 and when I got stuck on minor details I contacted B12. They linked my privacy policy as well as my terms & conditions and they could not have spent 4 hours doing that because I had already built the Site. Yet, they had the nerve to tell me for them to make any more changes to my site they needed $75.00 more dollars. I had already paid $300.00 and purchased Their $99.00 hosting package. B12 Website Builders are Thieves.

Save your money! This program is run and generated by AI. Even the humans claiming to be real are robotic and out for your money. They will NOT deliver on what they promise, you WILL pay more than you expect, and ththe website WONT be any better than if you had spent the time and built it yourself.
Dont believe me? Just TRY and contact B12 customer services right now. You wont be able to. This startup is a get rich quick scheme at best. Natish- the owner- is incompetant at best, but he needs to be put out of business because he straight up lies to customers.

UPDATE: B12 'responded'to this comment by giving me the generic email to start communication with them. I have used this email to no avail in the past, this time was no different. B12 is saving face but their customer support still sucks.

Their customer service is god-awful. Phone support requires paying $99 a month, and that doesn't even allow you to pick up the phone to speak to a human. You have to go through a lot of hoops and barrels to speak to someone.

Their SEO services are a scam. Have paid for nearly 5 months of service and have seen zero results and received zero correspondence on what they're actually doing.

They also own your website, which screws you over when you want to terminate their shoddy services.

I’m very disappointed in B12’s lack of attention to detail. You had a great opportunity to wow me with the AI but they failed. There was no copy writing done, all of the text was either left over from the sample or was cut and pasted from the text i provided. When i complained about the barely mediocre website and asked for my money back, they claimed they can't due to the design hours have to be paid. Now they won't even answer my emails. Stay away from this company, they will rip you off.

Don't go with this company. They will sell you on 'AI' technology and in-house designers who charge hourly and deliver total garbage. Their designers basically change colors around in pre-existing templates - I could've done this in 20 minutes. Yet they wasted 4.5 'design' hours and hundreds of dollars on a generic looking website that would've made my company look totally unprofessional. When I asked for a refund, I was told it's 'company policy' NOT to give refunds, which is a smart policy to have when operating a bad service. Customer service requires you schedule 30 minutes vs. just call/email when you really need them. Scam. Do yourself a favor, go to 99designs and get WAY better results.

PS - issuing a refund for hours not used is not a resolution. I paid for a service that was not delivered and 2 additional design hours wouldn't have gotten anything done if it took 4 hours to create what I was presented.

Disappeared and stole my money.

I've never had this happen before, they have tons of great reviews online. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

I agree with the poor reviews. Same old AI crap in a different package. I experimented with it to test it's capabilities. Lame!!
