B12 AI Website Builder Anmeldelser

The websites they can create are nice but very cookie-cutter. The salesperson on the phone said they can adapt it to what I wanted. I was under the impression they could use Squarespace. They have their own platform, and templates. So, you are tied to their templates and there is not a very big selection. They wanted to charge me for doing "extra" work because I wanted a hover feature which a standard on Squarespace and other platforms. They agreed to do it gratis since they had already promised that they could create something similar to what I wanted during their sales pitch call. The work was not done well. They admittedly, do not have a lot of templates to choose from If you want more variety, B12 is not the move. If you need something up quickly. Then I could see how it could be beneficial. You do not speak directly to designers. You speak to a middle person. The 1st design call is 30 minutes. And from that they build your site. I am now out 550 dollars. It could have been worse. I should have paid someone on Fiverr to do a Squarespace site for me. On a positive note, the staff is very nice and responsive. They need to change their pitch though. It is not the right fit if you are looking for something more creative.

Working with B12 was probably one of the best decisions I made as a start-up.

Having a premium quality website that gives new visitors a great first impression and experience is one of the hardest things to do. B12 did that for me.

They've gone above and beyond in trying to make sure that I was up to speed with each step of the process. Whenever I wanted to get on the phone with a representative to change the website's layout or add a feature, they made sure it was scheduled at a convenient time for me.

It's smarter to get the professionals to do it. Allocate that time towards other important aspects of your business (like improving your customer experience and selling).

Again, one of the best decisions I made starting up and I hope you guys schedule a call or at least email them to see if their service makes sense for your business!

Besides turning out a website that I’m proud of and thrilled with, B12 provided my company with simple and organized step-by-step tools to create EXACTLY what was envisioned. As someone who is creative but not artistic or high-tech, Grace and the staff @ B12 were very patient and tolerant of my constant ideas and iterations of what I believed I wanted. Can’t forget to mention, the service is VERY reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend B12 highly enough. What a great experience!

The person that did the website did a wonderful job thank you.
The guy talk to is great that got the web site working and looks good.

Keep having to set up conference call several times when signed up they said one thing then another person said another so confusing what was paying for and have not made any money from the web site yet.
Have not received any new clients was told when signed up will help me get new clients that has not happened yet.
It nice they do talk with you when you set up a conference call. Be nice if you can just call and talk with someone as soon as you need to.

I was blown away with the draft of my website. In the past I used other website builder apps and used their templates. This time I decided to let someone else build my website. I was sure I would be underwhelmed yet I was impressed with the design and quick communication from B12's staff. My existing clients were all impressed. I would definitely recommend B12 to all entrepreneurs!

B12 is the best website builder platform I've seen. Its extremely easy to use and there is a pricing plan for every budget.

I previously used another platform prior to B12 but once switching I was able to instantly recognize the higher quality output. Especially since I opted to build my site myself through their DIY plan.

My site looks like a paid thousands of dollars for a custom site that took a long time to design. Nope! All included in the B12 options.

Check it out for yourself! That's how they hooked me initially, they offer your initial draft site for free, in 5 minutes or less, just by answering some basic questions.

I'm happy I chose B12 and look forward to being a long time customer.

As a small, brand new law firm we were on a very tight budget. We bootstrapped every thing from the very beginning but we knew a website was necessary. In our industry, potential new clients always google you and look to your website to see what you're all about, to make sure you're legitimate and to in essence "interview" you before hiring you. We couldn't afford to drop tens of thousands of dollars on a website like many other law firms do but we also knew we wanted to put out a high quality product and presentation to let the public know we were professional, serious and trust worthy. From the very beginning B12 worked with us to stay within our budget and realize our vision. The designers listened to our story and to what our message to the public was. They were patient and detailed throughout the process and in the end, created a beautiful, user-friendly website that we love. We get compliments on our website all the time. As if all that wasn't enough, B12 editing portal makes it easy to quickly tweak and edit the site (for example: adding a COVID-19 message at the top of our page). If we can't make the edits ourselves using the portal, B12 customer service is quick and very helpful. All in all, if you are looking for a well-priced website solution to help propel your business, B12 is the way to go.

They make it easy for someone to create an easy and fast website. Additionally, they make it easy to edit and revise or add new pages at any time. Their staff is easy to work with.

Excellent quick service to rebuild a website, SEO services and blogs. The B12 team was super quick to setup my website in a week and then build key terms for SEO for my website. Eryl has been super responsive with any tweaks or changes to the website. I would definitely recommend them to other small businesses looking to get rid of the headache of managing websites.

Fast & smooth experience. The team was very quick to address any of my issues. Fair price & value. A+++

Hi, b12 was a pleasure to work with, Grace kept up all my requests and kept me up to date on the entire process for smooth sailing. It was an enjoyable experience. My site was for masterelliottwave.com with the crypto hippo trading brand.

Your staff was so patient with my husband and I. From Megan to Stacey to Conner you made us feel like you had the time for us to conquer whatever we didn't understand. You were all very helpful, patient and spoke to us like we were a very important client. We made the right choice in choosing B12. Thank you for helping us when we were so lost. We love the fact that we can navigate throughout our website. Thank you again!

I loved working with these guys. Dan M. was super efficient, didn't waste any time, and understood exactly what we needed. I have already recommended other contacts to use their service. Thanks, B12!

My review is a bit different than most, in that I never successfully launched a website with B-12. Due to some unique circumstances-- some attributable to my complete lack of experience, and some attributable to all I wanted on the website-- I needed to go elsewhere to launch my website. What really impressed me, though, is that once B-12 saw the problem, they were very kind and gracious in assisting me to get the help I needed. I much appreciate their professional and personal response.

Wasn't sure what to expect at first because the price was so low. The website was made quickly and communication was great through out the entire process and deadlines were met faster than I thought. If you're wanting a great mobile site without doing the work this is a great option.

wow these guys are honestly hands down the best website builders I've used. the websites are impressive and very professionally built on top of that the algorithms in which they use are extremely reliable,if you want reliable dependability in website building member to type B12

Very solid team and platform. I have worked with several companies and these folks have been aces!

I’m absolutely mortified with b12.

I have been trying to get some straight answers from the b12 team and have been following up DAILY on several confirmed website updates that should have been completed Monday per a b12 email. It’s now Thursday.

After having worked with b12 for a few months and submitting some sparkling feedback to surveys and reviews I am now completed 180’ed.

How in the WORLD is it that I’ve been following up on an update request this whole week and not a single word on what the delay is???

I need a phone call immediately before I go viral with my email chains and embarrassing idea that b12 has in terms of communication.

Awesome stuff I'd do o it again, no biggie
