DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM ,
they sent cheap crap items that look nothing like there website advertisement , then when u send it back to there uk returns address they say they won’t except it and u have to return to china
Its a Chinese based company that scams people and don’t understand consumers rights PLEASE SAVE URSELF A HEADACHE AND AVOID

This website came up within Google’s top results.. Don’t be fooled, their goods are fake! It just goes to prove you should always do your homework! Do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else, you WILL be disappointed otherwise.

I would also like to add that having reached out to them about returning my item, I’ve been advised that in order to do so I will incur additional charges of 50- 70 euros for return plus customs charges of 30 - 50 euros.

Even giving 1 star is painful. Never order from this company absolute rip off - items are cheap and nasty (better quality from Shein and Temu) even though you pay an arm and leg for them. Address on delivery label is London - phone number is Netherlands and the return address is somewhere in China -not sure how they get away with this !! Trading Standards should look into this company.

This company is atrocious. False advertising. Ordered a dress and it came looking completely different! I have requested a refund and being ignored!

PLEASE AVOID
I am now taking this company to a small claims court because they refuse to follow consumer rights laws. Courier left parcel unsafe on doorstep. Anyone familiar with consumer rights laws knows retailer is legally responsible to provide refund and then claim from the courier. These criminals think they are above the law. I have spoken with Royal Mail who confirmed whilst the retailer should be submitting the claim, they will try to assist me if I can obtain proof of postage from the retailer (tracking alone not suitable they want proof was posted) and the company have outright refused to provide this and said they won’t be responding any further. So I’m not looking forward to seeing their faces in court because out of principle this company needs consequences.

absolutely horrible. Never ordering again, waste of money and cheap material for not a cheap price. AND you have to pay 25% of the original price to return it for “reselling the stock”. hate it !!

Please avoid this company, cheap products at not cheap prices. I ordered a jumper for £40 and it looks like a £4 jumper from well known Chinese manufacturers. Return policy states 25% deduction for restocking

Avoid this company. The products dont look anything like their picture and come from China. Ordered boots and binned them. Waste of £47!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a scam. They have a slick website with images that look quality. When the goods arrive they are terrible. They know this. The difference is so shocking it can’t be anything other than a scam. Then the returns policy is laughable and would cost more than the product.

NOT EVEN WORTHY OF 1 STAR...STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. Unfortunately still having issues with this company. They are terrible AVOID PLEASE you will never get a refund and their items are bought of Shein in China. They are asking you to commit a criminal offence and avoid customs by sending back to China and they are based in the Netherlands. Extremely dodgy company!

sell fake goods that are super bad quality and not even the same colour at all awful don't do it! They won't even let you return it

Wasn't expecting the jacket to be this good, honestly, the fabric feels premium, fits perfectly and looks even better in person. Definitely worth the price.
