I ordered a cardigan for 45€. Name of garment - Elisa. It looks like and is advertised as a knitted cardigan on the website. It anrrived a month after order - and it’s a tee shirt material. Looks nothing like the one advertised. Garment has absolutely no labels on it. It looks cheap and awful. Don’t buy from them

Non-existent returns process. Item arrived and looked different to the photo on the website. The material was more synthetic-looking and shinier. Got in touch to organise a return, and exchanged 13 emails in which they only offered a partial refund with no return. This was because the return address is international. UK consumer rights meant that I should have been able to return the item for a full refund at their cost - I did a chargeback on my card as it was clear that I wasn't going to be able to return the item for a refund.

Quality that of Temu cardigans (though are & sold as a premium item)
I've got a couple of cardigans from Temu costing a fraction of the £54 I paid to "Azzoria" Cheap polyester wool cheap looking & extremely see through not thick Quality wool that you'd want after paying the £54 for !!! I will wear it however if you want cheaper cardigans buy from Temu as these are definitely Temu cardigans not a Quality wool whatsoever !! The website is Bullshit & very misleading!! Proceed with caution ⚠️ !!!!! I recommend buying for a third of the price off Temu because that's where these come from 100% or somewhere similar .......so here we are !! No lying

In our opinion Azzoria is a fraudulent business. No means of contacting them after the goods were delivered. Therefore returns are impossible. The sizings were completely wrong, even when we ordered two different sizes so usual sizes cannot be relied on. This pretends not to be a UK business as the legal entity is in the Netherlands. None of the contact numbers or emails produce any response. Our £175 experience with Azzoria was a complete failure. And a very expensive one. I can only assume their total lack of service is a deliberate part of their business plan. I believe them to be a sham. Avoid. I intend to bring them to the attention of the CMA and Action Fraud.

Very poor quality, sizing completely wrong. WARNING 25% restocking fee on returns. I waited 2 weeks for delivery, they have a policy which only allows 30 days and only if they accept your reason for return.

Got the shoes and they are great.
Is just the fact that I did not get any email confirmation with package tracking ID etc. And I thought I got scammed. Not to mention when I got in touch they ask me order nr etc and I had nothing.

Terrible clothes. Spent 50 for a cardigan that should be less that 5. Customer service is non existent. Took almost two weeks to arive. Scam. Avoid.

They are taking advantage of my 81 year old grandmother by making the process to do a return very difficult, and now they will only offer a 10% refund, then a 20% and then a 30%! I have demanded a full refund or we will charge back which i know will be damaging to them- why does it have to reach this stage for them to do the right thing and just process rhe refund??

Clearly do not have an ounce of customer service experience or understand retail business so I would steer clear!

I have read the return policy. Bad enough the customer has to pay for the return. The policy says 25% of the price will be deducted for restocking!!!

Never heard of this it seems like it’s a trading standards issue

The dresses aren’t all event dresses, which I love. Some of them feel like everyday pieces you can actually wear without planning your whole day around them.

Overall, the experience felt smooth and uncomplicated. From browsing to delivery, nothing felt annoying or stressful, which is honestly all I want.

Seeing full business details listed gave me peace of mind. It didn’t feel like one of those mystery sites you hope works out.

Bought some trainers they did take over a month to arrive, once they had arrived they had sent me the wrong design trainers, I wanted a refund but they said they don’t give refunds at first and they rectify the problem first so I waited another month for them to only send me the exact trainers they sent before.

I then asked for a refund and they just ignored me, the trainers are very cheaply made, do not buy anything from this company or similar company’s

If only there's a way to give less than one star. Even less than 0.00001%, absolute joke. Listen to other reviews and DO NOT buy anything from them.

I didn’t expect much beyond basic function, but the jacket surprised me. It’s light, blocks wind, and doesn’t make me feel like I’m dressed for a hike.

I almost skipped the bags section completely, but curiosity got me. Ended up adding one last minute and it’s surprisingly practical, which I appreciate more than trendy designs.
