Spent two hours trying to buy early ticket then standard pre ticket bu blocked blocked blocked. No help no customer service. A rubbish company not good as a facilitator for other companies 😡

Tried to speak to someone about cancelling access tickets. You can't. Its great booking them but if you can't go you have no choices. You can not sell or transfer as there is a companion ticket. You can't speak to anyone and spend months trying to get nowhere...

One star the obliged me. Big scam site. No way to reach them or get refund. Last minute we got informed the event is postponed and no way to get refund. Thank you enjoy my money. No one is answering anymore calls from Asia they don't even find my account even when i have my tickets. Another scam. Avoid it if you don't wonna loose your money like us.

AXS is a scam, bought tix for Hockey game, transferred 2 tix, 1 at a time to 2 different people, received 2 separate emails that tix transfer was successful, one individual never received ticket, after having to call 2 times and wait almost an hour to speak to someone, they constantly told me I must have done something wrong, even after I informed them I have email proof, their customer service is a joke, Beware of this scam ticket company !

2 of my credit cards were flagged as a bot with zero explanation. I contacted customer service and was given canned responses. I was told my account/card was blocked - again, with absolutely no reason - and that the issue was being escalated and that I would be emailed when the issue is resolved.
And, it's a total money grab!! By the time I get the email, the advanced purchase opportunity will be over, and I will have to buy at the gate, paying more for the ticket!
It's not about the money. The fact that this system has clearly had numerous complaints and technical issues that have not been rectified is a huge blemish on AXS. This application never should have been launched prior to testing and working out these issues. ESPECIALLY if this is a global company.
Terrible experience. Give me Ticketmaster any day.
Making accessibility (easier)
An easy process in finding accesible concert or tickets for any sort of show. AXS allowed me to feel confident in the knowledge I was receiving tickets catered to a physical disability. On top of this a useful and easy to follow app interface.

BUYER BEWARE! ZERO Customer Service / No Refund - I'm out $900 for a show that never happened!
I recently bought concert tickets for a show that was cancelled. I spent hours on their "live chat" with zero response, so I tracked down their phone number and spoke to a very unprofessional customer service rep who informed me that there are no refunds for resale tickets - buyers are completely unprotected. The SELLER of the tickets, however, will get a refund on top of the profit they already made!

TRUST PILOT! Not looking so Trustworthy to me! These reviews need to be linked to the AXS company site with TrustPilot. I don't care what excuse you make, this is wrong! AXS is a terrible company with tons of poor review that YOU HIDE HERE!
Trying to buy one ticket
So I get flagged for being a bot when I'm only trying to buy one ticket?? A ticket that becomes available to add to my cart but then isn't available when I try to checkout? Meanwhile I see scalpers already reselling a $300 ticket for $2k. You guys should do a better job at filtering actual bots and let fans buy just one ticket for themselves.

This is without doubt the worse company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with, bots don’t solve anything. Can’t log on, can’t reset password, no notifications if tickets are sold. Most areas of website either crash or say “forbidden” pathetic
Persistence Needed
This company is infuriating!! I signed up because I wanted to see TXT at the O2. Evidently, I first joined in the early 2000s because it used an old Facebook name. There is zero option to change this on their website. Tickets aren't responded to. Their chat bot is atrocious and is all I can get, which is a kick in the teeth because I got through to a human an hour before, only that help ended when the chat ended because I needed to navigate off the screen.
Edit: I managed to get back to the live chat and either got the same woman again, or another woman with the exact same name, and she sorted it. I 100% recommend getting things done on the chat. I don't have any faith in tickets!

I bought 2 tickets for Coachella in California a year in advance. They send the tickets from US to Italy just a month before the event but since they used the cheapest delivery method, the tickets not arrived in time since is stuck on the custom with no news whatsoever. They sent with UPS and give to local post office, not let UPS handle all the process. The customer service is useless, you submit a ticket and they don’t respond. At the end, I am traveling to US without my 2 tickets that I paid 1050€ and I have mo idea if I will be able to get it on site. Unbelievable bad service 🤢
Appalling customer service!
Trying to contact their customer services to talk to a person not a chat bot…tried calling endless times after 9am when lines are open to repeatedly get the automatic message saying lines are closed! I need to get a refund, ticket protection I took out have refused and directed me back to where I purchased my ticket. Impossible to get hold of anyone. Appalling service. Tried to put a review on their social media platform but, surprise surprise, that page is not available. Very very disappointed with this so-called customer service.

Should have checked these reviews before using this company. Purchased tickets for the hot wheels monster trucks live event, as well as for the pre show. No issues with the tickets on the app, but they have sent me tickets for 2 different days. Tried calling, line doesn't work. Left a ticket on the website, no response. Terrible site will not use again
Had to go through credit card company for refund
Purchased tickets here, got confirmation in my email, 2 days later show was postponed and was rescheduled 10 months out. No problem, just give me a refund and I'll be on my merry way. Nope, it was impossible to log into my AXS account and apply for a refund because the tickets I bought weren't showing up in my account. Contact info is non existent on the AXS website so I had to call the credit card company to help me fight these thieves for a refund.
Got presale artist access and left empty handed
Got presale artist access. Chose the general admission tickets IN BLUE showing that they were available. Had them in my cart and when I went to checkout, ERROR no tickets are available. So, I back out, refresh, re enter my artist presale code and there is still seated and general admission in blue. I add two tickets no problem. I click checkout and error, no tickets available. I did this on my phone and on my laptop. I did this for roughly 30 minutes until finally I got, sorry tickets are no longer available. I contacted costumer service who told me that my server or VPN was blocked and that they'd have to unblock it for me to not get the error and actually be able to purchase a ticket. Or I'd had to go on my phone, turn off VPN and WIFI settings and perhaps it would go through then.

You have to pick your own seats for an arena gig. Of course, every time you do this you get "these seats are not available anymore". Then after a few attempts you get accused of being a bot and blocked from the site. Ridiculous.
Same old problem
Wanted to get tickets for Teddy Swims at Utilita Birmingham via the AXS site and app. Same message unable to accept payment method. Tried multiple times on laptop and App. Reset Cookies, Restarted all devices, waited over an hour to try again. Reset permissions. Used different cards. Still no joy. Unable to speak or contact an actual human and FAQ no use whatsoever. Finally bought tickets, albeit not the ones I wanted via Ticketmaster in 1 minute flat. So 4 hours of my life I am never getting back. This seems to be a recurring problem not just for me but many others. Get your act together AXS as you are loosing sales!

Hate trying to purchase tickets from them.
