AX National Ltd Anmeldelser

Pleased with the overall service. Doors came through in time, with hinges included. Prices were competitive, I felt they were abit expensive, if it wasn't for the rush to get them in and get them installed, I probably would have taken my time to shop around.

I honestly can’t fault this company! Every time I’ve ordered, my delivery has arrived the very next day, and the products are always fantastic. The customer service is second to none! I recently missed an item from my order, and they arranged to deliver it separately completely free of charge. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend! 👏

Excellent customer service and delivery was on time too

Very slow delivery.

very good, thanks

We’re very helpful in verifying a product that was required only down side was the delivery time taken but I do not know if this was do to the post office delivery as there service is atrocious at present
Ordered on 26/08 and arrived on 09/09

Very pleased with the quality of the doors.the delivery was a day earlier than stated which I was happy about and the driver was very helpfull.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with AX National. My order took almost a month to arrive, which was far longer than expected and caused considerable inconvenience.
Unfortunately, the customer service was equally disappointing. Whenever I contacted them for an update, the communication was poor, and the staff were often rude and unhelpful. There appeared to be a significant lack of coordination and proper management throughout the process.
I understand that delays can sometimes happen, but good communication and professional customer service are essential, especially when customers are waiting for a long time. Sadly, my overall experience was very frustrating and did not meet the level of service I expected.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend AX National. I sincerely hope they take customer feedback seriously and make improvements to their delivery process, communication, and customer service.
Thank you

Absolutely Outstanding Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, friendly and supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole process feel completely stress-free.
The quality of the doors is absolutely amazing — they look even better than we could have imagined and have completely transformed our home. The attention to detail and workmanship is second to none.
We are genuinely so pleased with the finished result and cannot thank the whole team enough for their hard work, help and professionalism throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality doors and a company that truly cares about its customers.
Thank you so much for everything — we absolutely love our new doors! ❤️

5* Service

Currently renovating my house and I needed skirting boards for all rooms and replace a few architraves, so quite a large order.

-Price - extremely competitive prices, I can't find skirting cheaper anywhere else online, I've saved a fair amount of money
-Speediness - it only took two days! I'm local to the company (Birmingham) I placed my order online on a Sunday, they called me on Tuesday asking if I wanted it delivered that day as it was all ready and they had a spare van. Other online skirting companies are anywhere between 2-4 weeks
-Quality - really good quality skirting. No complaints, every one of the boards are decently primed and white painted
-Delivery - with such a large order (22 lengths of 4.2m) I was expecting at least one or two boards to be damaged in transit, but they've all come perfect

I couldn't be happier with AX National. Thank you for delivering good quality products at a decent price in a very short time. Well deserved 5*, once my flooring and skirting is fully finished I will now use AX national to order doors 👍

Quick delivery, had all the fittings I wanted.

Good service on time

I ordered 5 doors on a back order everything came on time. Very pleased with the colour of the doors and the quality. Went again to buy the handles locks and hinges and got just. The right finish and style that I wanted.

My doors were delayed and AX national were soo professional and helpful and did everything to expedite them, also gave me an excellent price on them. Really wanted the new business and made me feel like a very valued customer. Currently undergoing a huge Reno project so will always come back here for future needs. Used CLIMADOORS ltd and they are THE WORST. Would recommend AX national all day everyday!!! Smooth process from start to finish :)

Try selling mail hinges complete with door it’s not like your going to fit the door with only the female part on the door. Also could be a bit quicker despatching something like a set of hinges.

Ordered TWO door latches, but only one arrived.
Sent a message through their website and had a reply the next working day to apologise and said they would send another straight out.
Second one arrived a day or two later, and my doors now close properly again.
Thanks team, great service!
