This company is scamming people
This company is scamming people
They are not providing their landline number on their website
I found the number and have been trying to contact them for two days with no answer
I sent and email to support and sales since 4 days and no answer till now
Their whatsapp number that they are providing is disconnected and not receiving messages
Their online chat is automated and registering complains with no one replying on them
I have placed an order on 31/03/2020 and they promised delivery on 04/04/2020 and paid with card an amount of 250 AED
and i didn't see anything till now, and don't think i will receive anything
Buying from them is the biggest mistake in my life

Extreme bad customer service
I requested an order and until now no response and i called 10 times and requested for call back but no response. I also sent 2 emails for technical support and for sale but also no response. This is the worst website that i dealt with. Please avoid it

Clueless and baseless
You guys didn’t deliver a phone to me in the year 2018 and after waiting 4 months into 2019, I asked for a refund. Now after 1 yr 3 months of the incident I receive a review contact that you will resolve the issue regarding any warranty claims. You guys are clueless and pathetic

One of the worst online selling service. Third class chinese products they are selling. Their return and replacement policy for their useless products is one of the worst i have seen. I use to buy products from them a lot but realised after using those products that i had wasted my money

Worst Online Shopping website!!! Don't ever do online shopping in AWOK. They are cheating the customers to the core. They would sent different products to us rather than the one that we ordered online with the label mentioning the name of the order that we did online. Customer Service is worst. EXCELLENT CALLERS
since before 2015 I am a customer of awok, I really felt bad to some delivery boys,, but today is my 4th ordered and they have pick up which is more cheaper in delivery charge and more applicable for me, I am really happy for this services and staffs calling me as a friend reminder to pick up my order which is i really appreciated and very thankful to those staff one is kabayan and one is Indian/Nepali.. The worst e-commerce website in the world.
DO NOT ORDER
They issued a voucher for a return product that could never be used and there was noone to ever answer the call or reply to the email. Once they take your money, you will never hear from them.

Other Online stores better
Experience not as expected versus other online stores.
Ordered a laptop on special. It was delivered on time but had problems. Awok collected it and stated that the repairs take approx. 2 weeks. After 3 days received a message to say that the Laptop could not be repaired and that a coupon for value was allocated to my Account. Ordered another laptop for a different price and added the difference. A week after the due date and only after I complained was I contacted and told that they have no more stock and my money would be refunded.
This is not a money issue its about false advertising and shocking customer care.
