I have placed my order on April 28th, 2020. (2 items) one due on 2nd May and the other on 3rd May. Both my orders aren't delievrd yet. The status shows processing. I have tried contacting on whatsapp, the app and also written an email to the ID on the app. There is NOT A SINGLE REPLY through any portals. Kindly check on the orders and let me know the estimated delivery date. Else cancel the orders and give me a FULL REFUND.

I placed my order that's worth over 2200 AED, I paid in advance as they forced me to pay as the order was big. I still didn't receive anything, I tried to call their office, no one is picking, I emailed them at support, no one replied yet.
I will launch government level fraud complaint now...
I request all of you, don't buy anything from there...unless they apologize and clear pending Q.

I was wondering why until now it was not even put into dispatched status. Thank you for your prompt response. May I suggest? Could you improve your after sales customer support please. There are many occasions since I placed my order that nobody is replying or answering to your customer support hotline. Is everything ok or shall we start in worrying now? I have been shopping with awok since 2017 and it was only this year that I have experienced this which I understand given the situation. But the key here would be better customer support and quick revert to any inquiry sent to your support hotline.

I can’t recommend to anyone.
I have placed and paid my order on 24th April and delivery supposed to be on 28-29 April. however, till now I haven’t received anything. Order number: 123-136-05A-1
Customer service is ZERO.
Tracking system is very poor.
Delivery is poor.
AWOK used to be competitive in terms of delivery few years back.
It’s sad that now they don’t even answer the phone calls, emails and ect

If possible I won't rate your company one star. You deserve no stars at all. I bought a faulty phone from Awok in which one of the delivery men has come to pick it up after lodging my complaints.I have waited 4months for my refund but received nothing.i have sent several email and made calls to the customer service team but to no avail.
NOW,What they are trying to make me understand is that my 113 dirhams is gone..why should that happen..Isnt this a scam. Somebody should call me on 0544037081...am seriously disappointed with this terrible online shop...I regret doing business with you guys. Worst experience ever, a scam and a bunch of crooks. Order made March 10, Awok cancelled order April 13 as they couldn’t deliver. Now April 27 and no refund. No response to emails, no response to WhatsApp, no response to messages, they do not answer phone.
BTW you’ll see below that the company says to email them. I did several times. Still No reply. Simply thieves and crooks.

I wish I had read the comments from others before placing my orders.Awok is has the worst service I have ever experienced. No response to calls, WhatsApp, emails, help etc. They delivered items to me which were not same as what I ordered, I tried reaching them many times to no avail, I cancelled my pending order with them and still didn’t get any response nor refund. Honestly this is really scam, their level of poor quality service is really alarming.

Worst service scam made an order which was divided into two automatically on their system a month ago which i didn't understand why, still no order recieved no reply on whatsapp or email or online chat or request a call back NON OF THEIR CONTACTS ARE WORKING and finally canceled the orders automatically without informing and took the money and nothing is going to be delivered and not taking my money back apparently.

I order 2 tablets for my kids distance education on 31st March 2020. I paid full amount by card. Kids e-learning classes starts on 8th April. Until now (09/04/2020) didn't receive any responds from them; and phone calls, whatsapp and emails are not responding.
If it is lock down in Dubai, delivery and office functions are not stopped; then why Awok only having this issue? Other online traders are working as usual and deliver their products on time and all are responds through telephone and emails. Must be point out about it with Authorities.
