I wanted to love these sweatpants because they’re cute and comfortable, but the quality just isn’t there.

For context, I live in activewear. Pretty much all I wear comes from Lululemon, Athleta, and Spiritual Gangster. I wear these brands daily, so I know what quality fabric should look and feel like.

I’ve never had the issues I’ve experienced with Aviator Nation. The fabric stains incredibly easily. I have one pair that I’ve only worn twice, and it’s already covered in stains. When fabric stains that quickly from normal wear, that’s a quality issue.

To add insult to injury, one of the two pairs I purchased arrived with the drawstring hidden inside the eyelet, requiring me to fish it back out myself. That’s a basic quality-control problem that should have been caught before the product was sold.

Who cares if something is comfortable and stylish if it looks worn out after only a couple of uses? At this price point, customers should expect premium materials and better quality control.

I actually kept them because I thought they were cute, but looking back, I regret it. Aviator Nation needs to do better.

I've always wanted the wave sweatshirt and the ninja. Finally, the memorial day sale came around so I broke down and ordered the wave hoodie. I had no idea their stuff runs large so the hoodie was too big. I tried to do an even exchange for a smaller size and they wouldn't allow it because it was a sale price! This is so frustrating and I'll NEVER order from them again.

Terrible customer service. Never trust the dates that they say they will deliver your items.

This brand is expensive trash. Clothes fall apart with minimal use and the fabric pils by air blowing across it. Overpriced temu clothes are essentially what you are buying. Stay clear from AN gear.

Definitely my favorite for sweats. I have had nothing short of an amazing experience with Aviator Nation! This company creates absolutely amazing clothes, styles and materials. Yes the pricing is a bit higher but there are also options for payment plans. Worth every penny. Ridiculous comfort.
I had a very pleasant experience with customer service recently with a problem I had with my order and they fixed it immediately and gave me a discount!
Every item I’ve purchased I’ve been in love with my choices. The ninja hoodie is my favorite. I have two in different colors and will have more! As I’ve said before.. Who knew comfort clothes could be so rad and high end..? Highly recommend!

Awful customer service at La Jolla Store,and even worse of a return policy to exchange sizes with items that have tags.
I received a gift and needed to size down- not possible without a receipt!!!
Absolutely ridiculous.
Didn't ask for a refund or cash back ...just a size exchange on a new newer worn zip up with tags on.

BEWARE!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 3 sweatshirts in my normal size and once they arrived I found that they are extremely oversized. Their sizing is very inconsistent. I have bought many pieces from them over the years and now all of the sudden their sizing is off. I have called and emailed their customer service for 6 straight days and have gotten ZERO help or response back. NOT COOL and won't be shopping there again!

I wouldn’t even give it one star if I could. The hoodies are way overpriced but more importantly, they don’t abide by their OWN return policy. I bought two of the same sweatshirts in two different to see which fit and before I did that I asked them if I would have any problem returning one. And they said no because it meets all of our requirements for the return policy as long as you return it within the 30 days. When I tried to return it, they said to go to the return portal, which I did, but the only option I can use is to get a store credit. I have contacted them about 6 times, they don’t answer the phone at all and both times they say to go to the return portal and I told them that it’s not working. I only get store credit option and then they say that shouldn’t happen and they’ll get back to me right away and they never do. These sweatshirts are very expensive for this type of service! And I’m pretty sure it’s just AI you are talking to- at this point I don’t even believe they are good quality. The two I received, one threads are all over the place but they other one is fine

Great customer service when issues arise with garments or needing to return something. They went well above and beyond and made me feel more loyal to them.

Excellent customer service! Had purchased a hoodie and needed to return it but because I used my points it was showing as a non-refundable item. Well happy to say I did the return and it was adjusted by customer service. I I was able to get my refund and points back into my acct so I can apply to a new purchase. Definitely shopping again! My daughter (15) and myself love your clothes.

Super disappointed. I placed an order on Monday and today they came out with a 20% percent off coupon. I emailed and asked for a price adjustment and they said they will not give me one. Aviator Nation just lost a customer.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences and I’ve purchased quite a bit. Clothes are pricey but super comfortable. Customer service has always been extremely helpful and responsive.

I recently had an experience with Aviator that was very nice. I had downloaded the app to make a purchase, I got an email saying that I would receive 15% off my purchase. When I went to buy the items the app wasn’t allowing the 15% off code. It said it expired. I emailed Aviator and explained the situation and Michelle offered me a one time discount code. She didn’t have to do that but she did and I really appreciate it. I have 2 sweatshirts and 2 pairs of the sweat pants and I love them. The quality is great and they’re so soft. I love that the clothes are hand made here in CA.

Terrible customer service. No phone only email unresponsive for over a week on defective item.

Not Worth the Price
I ordered the Five Stripe Navy hoodie and, honestly, I was disappointed. For the price Aviator Nation charges, I expected something exceptional — but the quality is surprisingly basic. Nothing about it stands out from what you’d find at any regular clothing store, and in some cases, department store alternatives offer comparable or better quality for a fraction of the cost.
I can’t justify the price point based on what I received. If you’re considering purchasing, I’d suggest trying it in person before committing — or exploring other options that offer better value for your money.

I love their items- that retro look is so fun! But what I really love is their customer support. So helpful and quick to solve any issues.

Poor quality. Gets all beaded up after one wash. For the price this is ridiculous. And the sizing is huge
