I was warned not to order from this company but I didn’t listen. It’s been a complete nightmare. I paid for a sale item and received it and it was too big, I replaced it with the same item in a smaller size and was charge an additional amount and I paid it.

I don’t even want to wear their products anymore. I requested a refund and they state they can’t find my order number. Well I have emails and charges on my card to prove it. I’m genuinely stunned at the lack of organization and care for their customers . Word of mouth is everything and your brand is not worthy it. Dont buy from Aviator nation

I am obsessed with this brand. Aviator Nation is not only my favorite brand when it comes to loungewear but their customer service is always a pleasure to deal with. My last experience with Michelle is no different. The customer care reveals true empathy of the company to take amazing care of their customers. Happiness is always the goal. And I am truly grateful for my entire wardrobe that sports the logo Aviator Nation. Five stars!!!!!⭐️

Really terrible quality sweatshirt especially for the price. Purchased online and would definitely not purchase from this company again. Truly the lowest quality at a high end price point. Super Dry quality is far superior and priced lower.

My sister gave me this hoodie for my birthday. She doesn't spend $200 on clothes. That's why she picked it — she wanted to get me something that would last, and she saved for it.

I washed it one time. The zipper broke. On a zip hoodie, that's the whole garment. I can't wear it, and it isn't something I can fix myself.

I didn't want to make this a thing. I called, I emailed, and I used the live chat, and each time I asked whether there was anything you could do — a repair, a replacement zipper, a tailor you work with, anything at all. The answer was no every time. Nobody offered me a case number or a next step.

I understand that a zipper can fail. Manufacturing isn't perfect and I wasn't expecting perfection. What I was expecting was that when something goes wrong in the first week on a $200 piece, the company that made it would want to make it right. That's what the price is supposed to mean.

The hard part isn't the money. It's that every time I see it hanging in my closet I think about my sister spending more than she should have, on something I can't wear, from a company that wouldn't help. I'd rather she'd bought me a $40 hoodie that worked.

Do not exchange an item online if you are really just looking to return. Especially if there was a discount on the original purchase. They offer an incentive to exchange which gives an additional (buy now) store credit, however if your original item was discounted you won’t get the full amount or any at all. I exchanged for the same item, different size/color, same price. Only reason for different color was they were out of the size for the same color item. My initial item was discounted 15%. The discount did not carry over and the incentive went towards the deficit. When I made contact with customer service they basically gave me an, oh well. At their pricing and I’m sure how much parents have to spend there, customer service should be a lot better.

Any time I contact Aviator Nation, I receive a prompt response. Their service representatives have consistently been courteous and helpful. They offer solutions or answers to any issues with my orders (which is usually a size change).

Regardless I had to make my children happy so I got them aviator Nation which they requested.

And when you email them they act like we're bothering them

I'm still waiting for a manager to actually call me I've emailed them for the past 3 weeks guess what not 1 phonecall
Returned the merchandise now they say no refund when I showed her the refund policy she tells I already placed it on a store credit
So the ripp u off and hold ur money so u can only spend it with them
Iam still waiting for my refund of $304.00 to be put back on my bank card

Yes there merchandise is overpriced but we will spend for the kids but one thing we won't do is loose our principal over these repesntive

I accidentally ordered the wrong size bottoms and contacted customer service for help since I was leaving for a trip in just a few days. The support team responded within minutes via email, and I was able to travel to Europe comfortably in my sweatsuit. I genuinely look forward to ordering from Aviator Nation again.

I am reading these comments, so much negativity. I have to say I speak the complete opposite. I love their clothes for one, but the staff in the stores has always been 1st class (La Jolla, CA & Austin, TX). Same holds true with customer service. If there is any issue, they will always make it right. I will continue to support AV! ✌🏼

My experience with Aviator Nations customer service has been excellent. They have been extremely timely in their response to my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend the brand and will continue to shop with them.

Poor quality products for the price. No refunds for any discouned items no matter how small the discount meaning they know how bad their product is, and rather than fix they quality they’d rather swindle their customers into being stuck with it.
Product is not at all worth the cost for quality or experience. Hard pass.
