I’m only one month in and although yes, it has brought some blackheads to the surface and caused some small breakouts, this is the softest and healthiest my skin has ever felt. My acne scars and getting smoother and hyperpigmentation is fading. And I’m actually very happy these blackheads are surfacing. They have been laying under the surface for a long time causing my skin to have a textured look I believe. Can’t wait to continue seeing improvement!

Great products! I will be a user for life! Always fast shipping and quick to resolve the very rare issue with exceptional customer service! I love the sales they run that entice me to keep trying more and more of the products. I haven’t disliked one thing I have tried yet. I only wish I had access to these products years ago!

Hello I already told you what went wrong with your products so I completely stop using it. It's barely used so where's my refund that I kept asking for

I ordered my products on January 1st and was told it shipped. Only the label has been printed and it’s the 10th. I expected some delay due to holidays but 10 days later and it hasn’t even left is a little ridiculous. I dropped a lot of money for these products

I'm 31 years old and I have never experienced acne before in my life. It was a risk for me to buy the product with the severity of my condition, but I went with it. I don't regret doing it. The products seem great for someone who can tolerate that type of treatment. I needed professional help and had to be prescribed oral and two topical medications a month and a half after using these products because of how bad my skin reacted. Now, after being finished with my oral meds 6 weeks later my flare ups are under control. My skin is smooth, but I have really deep dark scars forever.

I love their products. They work great, have safe ingredients, and come in glass packaging. Their customer service is top notch. I had trouble logging in once and I had an auto ship I wanted to change, they did it for me. I’ve been on a subscription for several years. Averr Aglow made such a difference in my skin.

I have been a customer for about 3-4 years now. Not only are their products amazing but their customer service goes above and beyond to help when issues arrive. My last order, I order a qty of 2 of an item and only received one. I contacted customer support and they shipped the other item right away! Great company all around! Highly recommend!

Amazing products - have been using for several years now. It gives me healthy glowing skin and is all natural, which is a must for me. Helps with redness and inflammation, and keeping my skin moisturized and clear.

I love every product that Averraglow produces! This is the only skincare line that has worked for my face! I can use their masks, serums, etc. not only did the products clear my face, but they keep my face clear!

The costumer service was great. Timely/kind/precise. They listen to your needs and do what they can. The product so far: 1 month in has not improved my skin. The results are similar to when I used Tula; face wash/vitamin c oil and lotion. I will continue this treatment to see if my scars and tone improve.

I think it’s unacceptable that you cannot return an item if opened. you’re going to have customers that you’re products do not work for and to not offer any compensation for a product They no longer use is ridiculous.
