First class experience
Just had a new front door and flat window replaced with a bow window. The window and door are both of a very high quality right down to the stainless steel letter box
From start to finish this company has been a pleasure to deal with. Nothing has been too much trouble and have just been back today to put right a few places where silicone had got missed.
The lads that did the installation (Wade, Ben and two others who I didn't get the names of) were extremely pleasant, very efficient and professional. They never stopped working even for lunch!
If there was one thing they could possibly improve on then it would be a quick call or text just to confirm that the work would be going ahead on the day it was booked for.
As we had never used Aventus before and we had taken them on after a cold call, we were a little apprehensive that we had had no contact from them since December when we had booked it in for 2 and 3 March. In the end all was well and we couldn't be happier. I have mentioned this to them
We would not hesitate to use them again and more than happy to recommend them. All I have to do now is persuade my husband that, yes, we do need a new back door and patio door!
Thank you Aventus

with your new front door and bow window, and that the quality of the products met your expectations.
It’s great to know that the whole experience was a positive one for you. Wade, Ben and the rest of the installation team will really appreciate your kind comments about their professionalism and hard work.
We’re also pleased we were able to return quickly to take care of the finishing touches. Attention to detail is important to us, and we always want to make sure everything is completed to the right standard.
Thank you as well for your feedback about confirming installation dates. We really value comments like this as they help us continue to improve the experience for our customers.
We truly appreciate your recommendation and are glad you chose Aventus Home Improvements. And when you do manage to persuade your husband about that new back door or patio door, we’ll be more than happy to help!
REFRESHINGLY GOOD COMPANY
l had not heard of Aventus prior to their contact , was sceptical at first but l was willing to see pictures of their product in situ and listen to their sales pitch .
Unlike other replacement window companies who have been in the game a long while and are somewhat long in the tooth , Aventus are a relatively new company with new ideas , new drive and up-to-date and good looking products .
My experience with Aventus has been positive , smooth and productive with an experienced all round team , from the lovely Katrina , who could not do enough to help , the office staff when needed and the installation team .
A good experience , and l am so pleased with the style of the windows , that l thoroughly recommend Aventus .

New windows new outlook
28 years is a long time to hate your windows and now thanks to Aventus that no longer is the case.
From the first experience of booking the quote and throughout the entire process (quote, survey, installation and follow up) the company have been exemplary.
The quotation visit was relaxed and genuine and I didn’t feel pressured to agree to anything, all options with regard to the quote were explained to me and I particularly liked the transferable guarantee as standard should I decide to move home eventually. The price for my entire house (10 windows and a front door) was competitive and reasonable. The staff took everything into account when offering dates and honoured my prior commitments.
The survey visit was swift and efficient and I was kept informed of the progress of my windows manufacture at all times.
The fitting team led by Curtis were polite, respectful of my property and worked hard in horrendous weather to ensure the job was completed on time.
As with all projects of this nature it didn’t go entirely as expected…..a window frame arrived damaged and the incorrect door panel was also fitted meaning my cats couldn’t use the cat flap without a trampoline!
Cue the arrival of Sam - problem solver, fixer and part-time philosopher who; found a new window frame on the day and brought it over, created and fitted a solution to the door issue whilst my new panel was being made, refitted the new panel and cat flap and also fixed the other couple of minor snags with handles and a seal which you would expect from such a large project. Time had no meaning as he worked until it was finished (including a Friday eve in the dark) to his own high standards whilst conducting fascinating and entertaining conversations about life the universe and everything - every company should have a Sam.
This was a major project for myself and I was apprehensive however I shouldn’t have worried as Aventus delivered exactly what they promised and the result is fantastic - gone are my dated and dingy leaded monstrosities and now I have a light airy vista - even my plants have perked up! Did it go smoothly - not entirely - but the way issues are dealt with speaks volumes about a company and I cannot fault them in this respect.

We’re also very proud of our installation team, and Curtis and the fitters will really appreciate your kind comments about their hard work and respect for your home, especially in such difficult weather conditions.
Thank you as well for your understanding regarding the issues that arose during the project. While we always aim for everything to run perfectly, we believe how problems are resolved is just as important. Sam will be particularly pleased to hear your comments, he takes great pride in making sure everything is finished to the highest standard.
It’s wonderful to hear that the transformation has made such a difference to your home. Thank you again for trusting Aventus with such a major project and for sharing your experience.
Efficient and understandable
The sales representative that visited us was very thorough with her explanations of how the company work and details of how the process works. They were not pushy in any way and we felt comfortable to make the decision we wanted to make.
The fitters were very efficient and very good with tidying up. They also let us know the process as we went along.
There was a problem with our windows as once fitted they did not open fully due to the lip on our soffits. The office called and re-arranged for our windows to be remade and then refitted 2 weeks later. This was all dealt with very quickly and at no extra cost to us as it was not our error.
We are very pleased with the finish product and would definitely recommend the company to other people.

New windows
Just had our whole house windows replaced. Could not recommend Aventus enough. From start to finish they have been great, in total it took a little over a month to install.
Simon and mayson, both very professional and great to have installing our windows. Both demonstrated high standards of workmanship and quality, keeping the house clean and tidy, even quickly removing old glass and frames. During the finial finishes, they went the extra mile by ensuring all sealing was properly performed and even placing new trims on the internals. 10/10 would recommend

Professional and High Quality
I was thinking of updating my Porch, Conservatory and a couple of window panes that had blown. The sales rep were in the area so I got a quote. Despite my initial reservations about the company being so new, I was impressed by the professionalism of everyone I came into contact with. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. The Porch and windows before Christmas and the Conservatory in the New Year, despite the awful weather. The quality of the work and materials is very high and there were no snags. Overall I'm very pleased with the work and the company as a whole. I would highly recommend.
