Service on Audi Q3

I phoned Autoserve yesterday to arrange a service on my Audi Q3, as my local Audi dealership did not appear on the list of available garages on the online portal. Jackie confirmed that the vehicle was due a service and took details of my preferred garage local to my home. Jackie messaged me this morning to say that the car is all booked in for a service at Audi Worthing on 10/12/25 and also arranged a courtesy car - what more could you ask for, thank you Jackie, you’re the best…!!! 😄

Autoserve, Autogreed, Autoprofiteering

Even if you terminate early “Our policy is a 50% early-termination fee, which is clearly outlined in our agreement” - that can amount to hundreds of pounds - profiteering.
Only ever had 1 service in 3 years so amount they made of us was huge, making themselves a huge profit even before the 'cancellation profiteering fee'.

PAY OR WE WILL SEND TO OUR SOLICITOR was the response 25 days in from getting the invoice.

DONT USE THESE GREEDY SELF SERVING COMPANIES.

Avoid + Avoid + Avoid + Avoid

Department of Business and Trade to investigate profiteeriing businesses in UK and Autoserve, Autogreed, Autoprofiteering - front of the list.

How these companies operate- profiteering from termination of contracts. 100% profit from your business from the 50% ‘only’ cancellation fee.

Personally I would say you would be a FOOL to use them.

We do not charge 100% of the remaining contract value for early termination. Our policy is a 50% early-termination fee, which is clearly outlined in our agreement. Pricing is structured on the basis of the full contract term, so early cancellation leaves costs that the termination fee partially offsets.

In short, the fee covers genuine business costs — it is not a penalty and certainly not “100% profit.

First Class Service

I had an amazing experience working with Jackie Jones at Autoserve. From start to finish, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Jackie went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that I fully understood all my options. Short-Notice cancellation.

I had my Oil Service cancelled with 21 hours notice! Alarmed - as you could imagine - I contacted Autoserve however, within a few minutes Drew had me booked in for the same time with a different provider, tomorrow morning!! Tremendous service - and a great relief!

Great Customer Service

I spoke to Jackie on the phone about an issue we had with one of our Vans. She was fantastic through the whole process and helped to get our issue sorted and booked in. Very pleasant to talk to and did everything that she could for us. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

10/10 for Customer Service

My VW was due a service.
A really nice guy called John rang me and arranged for me to bring my car in.
Once I dropped the car off I noticed I had a message with a detailed video and instructions of what work needed carrying out.
It was all completed in a few hours and John rang me to say the car was ready to collect. They had also cleaned my car for me, it was sparkling so very happy.
John answered any questions fully for me and even changed the battery in my key fob! Customer service at this VW dealership is fab and would definitely recommend

Unexpected and very well received excellent client Service

Unexpected and very well received. I attempted to book an MOT via Autoservces portal and didn't realise there was a date range later than I required. So I just booked and paid myself. Autoserve, and more specifically Charlotte reached out and advised they would reimburse me.

I cannot fault Autoserve as they have been incredible throughout my contract period with them. Even when I've booked directly for services they are quick to action and help.

Unfair Charges and Unhelpful Customer Service

Sorry to those affected, but I'm comforted to see from the other terrible reviews that I am not the only person who's been a victim of this Company. I’ve been with Autoserve for almost 3 years, paying £40 per month (£1,440 in total). During this time, I’ve only needed two services (around £200 each) and three tyres (around £80 each). That adds up to about £640, which means Autoserve had already made an extra £800 from me compared to the actual cost.

Despite this, they then hit me with an additional £1,366.08 charge, claiming I hadn’t updated my mileage with them – even though I had updated both Audi and my lease company.

When I raised the issue, Autoserve’s customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. Responses were along the lines of “It’s in the terms and conditions, so you have to pay” – no explanation, no flexibility, and certainly no fairness. Even my lease company agreed and contacted them on my behalf, but they refused to properly review the matter.

In the end, I’ve paid £2,740 for two services and three tyres, which would have cost me just £640 if I’d arranged it myself. That’s more than double the cost and extremely poor value.

The attitude from their staff was uncompromising, with little regard for treating customers fairly. I regret using Autoserve and would not recommend them to anyone looking for genuine value or decent customer support.

The excess mileage charge has been applied to your account as the total mileage has exceeded the limit outlined in your signed contract. This charge has been calculated based on the excess mileage rate (pence per mile) specified within your agreement.

I can confirm that my colleague has responded to your email, outlining the maintenance services covered under your original mileage allowance, compared with the work carried out to date (five tyres and two services). This exceeds the scope of what was initially quoted in your contract, with a few months still remaining on the agreement.

Please note that as your lease company and Audi are separate entities from ourselves, we are not notified of any changes or amendments you may have arranged directly with them. To amend your maintenance agreement and increase the mileage allowance, you would have needed to contact us directly to initiate that process.
