Car service

The car service was completed quickly and having the drop off option was great. The staff call 30 mins prior to collection which is useful. Easy to book so will definitely use again. Thank you.

Don't bother with autoserve

Just finished a 4 year service plan and il never take one out again. First 3 years were with the manufacturer for service and 1 mot - planning wasnt straight forward at all. Then this year they insisted on using kwik fit. Autoserve never replied to the authorisation to change tyres and brake pads. Therefore my car was in all day and nothing replaced it had to be booked in again, but did authorise late o after i had taken my car. So when I rebooked, the authorisation had changed and they only allowed 2 of the 4 tyres to be changed and not the rear brake pads. I had to extend my lease, but they wouldn't accept the repairs with extended service. Total rip off. Cheaper paying for services and repairs your self and taking vehicle to recognised garages that fall under your warranty. Hope this helps others.
My Leasing company no longer use this company. The new maintainence company is cheaper and more reliable- even said so by lease company. Says it all

On 20th January 2025 at 9:10 am, we received the authority request and the work was authorised promptly at 9:16am. Upon inspection, the rear tyres were measured at 5mm, meaning replacement was not necessary at this time. Additionally, there was no request made for rear brake pads, so we can only assume they were not required.

Regarding the MOT conducted on 10th January, it passed with an advisory for the front tyres only, which were subsequently replaced within 10 days.

We highly value our relationship with the leasing company you are with, who continue to place business with us, and we strive to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and to the highest standards. However, if there are any remaining concerns, please do let us know, and we’d be happy to discuss this further.

Company is a joke

Company is a joke, my service light came on 12 months before the 1st service was due, then an engine fault light came on and my year old van went into limp mode.
I rang Autoserve and they said it's my fault because I don't drive on the motorway and it's not covered by the policy I pay £400 a year for it. I want to cancel it but they want 50% of the remaining payments!

Your maintenance agreement only covers you for manufacturers scheduled servicing. Any services due in between this schedule, which is unique to each vehicle, is usually caused by oil dilution which would explain why the engine fault light came on and the vehicle went into limp mode.
Oil dilution occurs when frequent short stop-start journeys cause unburnt fuel to enter the oil lubrication system. This fuel contamination significantly reduces both the oil’s effectiveness and lifespan. Since each customer’s driving patterns vary, we cannot determine individual needs accurately. As a result, we must exclude them for all customers.

Company should be called AUTO SWERVE.As every booking I make they try to swerve out of it. Absolute joke of a company.

Another poor experience with Autoserve.

That time of year again, car is due for a service. As requested, I completed the online request form a week ago. I've still not had a service booking, and - having just phoned to chase - have been told it could take up to 14 days. For what?! I could have had the car serviced at my local main dealer today! It would have been quicker, cost me less, been a significantly better service experience than Halfords/Kwik Fit who Autoserve palm you off to, and been far less of a hassle to try and arrange.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Literally the biggest waste of time and money ever.

I'm sure I will get a reply to this review from Autoserve - asking me to get in contact with someone - so they can try to give anyone reading this review the impression they do actually care about customer service, but based on my experience last time, that's just a facade.

Unless they're willing to terminate my contract due to failing to provide the service I'm paying for (or start actually providing that service) then there's not really anything they can do for me.

TL,DR; - go with Autoserve if you want to pay main dealer servicing prices for bargain basement servicing and a slow, difficult and painful process to actually get that servicing done in the first place.

Great service.

Needed a new battery after breakdown so we weren't booked in on a Saturday morning.
As always, the team were fast and efficient in getting it sorted.
We have been going to Autoserve for years and have never had an issue. Can't fault them.

Disastrous Service and Zero Accountability

I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received from Autoserve regarding a simple tire replacement through Kwik Fit. The entire experience has been a nightmare of poor communication, delays, and lack of accountability.

It started with an appointment scheduled for November 22 at a Kwik Fit center 34 miles away from my home—despite there being two centers much closer. I had to take a day off work and drive through Belfast rush-hour traffic, only to arrive and be told the tires weren’t available. This wasted my entire day.

I rebooked for 28 Nov and submitted a formal complaint to Autoserve on 22 Nov. Their response came five days later, on November 27, confirming that tires should have been available. They promised to investigate but never got back to me.

The rescheduled appointment on 28 Nov was just as bad. I waited nearly two hours while Kwik Fit tried to get approval from Autoserve to fit my tires. I repeatedly emailed and called Autoserve during this time, but their response was slow, full of excuses, and focused on blaming Kwik Fit instead of solving my problem.

This entire ordeal wasted two days of my time, caused unnecessary stress, and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Autoserve failed at every step—poor planning, poor communication, and zero accountability.

I would strongly advise against using Autoserve. Their lack of organisation and customer care is appalling.

Update

To make matters worse, after posting this complaint, Autoserve cancelled my contract immediately without providing an explanation, despite me repeatedly asking for one. The only feedback I received was, “we reserve the right to cancel.” This response feels disingenuous and insincere, especially as I have paid £1,700 to Autoserve and expected a much higher standard of service.

This entire ordeal has wasted my time, caused significant frustration, and left me out of pocket with no resolution. Autoserve’s lack of organisation, accountability, and respect for their customers is appalling. I would strongly advise against using their services.

After reviewing the situation, it appears your postcode was mistakenly entered as BT13 instead of BT31, which directed the booking to the Belfast branch. We're sorry for this oversight and any confusion it caused. Additionally, we have since learned from our Kwik Fit account manager that tyres for bookings in Ireland require a 7-day delivery period, which we were not previously aware of. Moving forward, we will ensure sufficient notice is given to both the branch and customers to prevent this issue from recurring.

Regarding the day of your visit, I understand the delays in authorising the tyres were frustrating. Our process involves requesting a job card with tyre tread readings, which was delayed due to a communication gap between the branch and Kwik Fit’s head office. While we received the necessary information during your phone call at 10:52, authorisation wasn’t finalised until 11:09.
