I really appreciated Alice’s patience and thoroughness. She carefully gathered all the details needed and worked toward a solution to my problem.

I did a lot of research before buying the proper chair for my home work environment. Comparing many chairs of price points, quality, guarantees, and of course fit ability. Autonomous had a lot of good information on their website to help make a conscious choice. I did compare other chairs external to Autonomous as well. I chose the Ego Chair Ultra 2.

The table arrived damaged from the factory because the damaged wood had been painted after the damage.

Extremely easy setup and the table itself is high quality. Only complaint is that the single motor setup is noisy compared to my older Autonomous desk with more powerful motor.

Surprisingly fast shipping and an extremely solid product. I have worked with many standing desks but never had one for my own personal desk and I believe I made a great decision going with Autonomous. From my experince 2 legged standing desks will always wobble at my personal standing height and taller but it is so much less than I have experienced in the past here, I was prepared for that to just be a con I just have to live with but this is much more solid than I could have anticipated, it isn't perfectly wobble-less but I don't think that is physically possible at my relatively high standing height. If I had any complaints it would be that I wish they still offered the dark grey top with the black legs and that I think the cable management should go the full length of the table top or at least most of it and maybe focus less on AI and maybe offer a 4 leg option with this build quality, but as it stands everything works as I expected or better and I am very happy with Autonomous.

Products are great and when you do need support, the process was fast and easy to deal with.

Everything went well, but there was some confusion with shipping and delays likely caused by their majority AI system. I still received the product in great condition, just a week after the expected delivery.

I will say, the AI stuff was quick to respond and resolve, but it called me by my wrong name, which I thought was funny.

I think the customer service and response time was good. My problem was with the chair itself. For the price I thought it would be more comfortable then it was. This is my opinion of course, but the seat is just not it. I went with the foam option instead of the mesh, maybe the mesh is different. It's hard and causes a lot of uncomfortably, constantly moving around trying to get comfortable.

Quick delivery and product as expected

We purchased three desks from this company and are very pleased with them. Recently, however, one of the desks stopped adjusting its height, becoming stuck at a level that was unsuitable for my son's studies. I contacted customer support and received an immediate response offering a solution; unfortunately, it did not work. They then sent me a new control unit and provided instructions on how to reset the system, but that didn't help either. The support team continued to investigate the issue, eventually sending me a new set of instructions—and this time, it worked! The desk is now adjusting its height again. Thank you for resolving the problem, as well as for your patience and prompt responses.

I received great customer service today! My customer service rep was very nice, responsive, knowledgeable, and provided me with a lot guidance. I can tell that this person was very caring!

I was helped out by Ashley who was awesome. Understood my concerns and the processes I had already gone through and didn't ask me to redo them. Handled everything firsthand with little delay. 10/10
