Update:

Autonomous sent me a replacement desk top, it arrived very promptly, and it now looks great! There was definitely a QA issue with the first top, big difference in the quality of the replacement I received. Updated review to reflect this, good customer service and I really like the desk.

The color of the desk top is totally wrong! Otherwise high quality but the surface is practically red, and came covered with some kinda film on it… Major QA issue

ashely took the time to help with the entire order process and made sure that i was taken care. she gave me recs as well as over all info and advice. granted it took like 30-40 mins to get in touch with a human but after that I was helped fully!

Full marks for prompt, friendly, helpful customer support.

The instructions that came with my desk had a couple of mistakes that made them tricky to follow (where do screws from bag H go?!) but I'd happily buy another because the product is great.

Helpdesk attendant, Ashley, was incredible helpful in walking me through additional troubleshooting to hard reset my standing desk. I had very vey limited information on the device and Ashley was able to identify the model easily. They were able to get me the correct reset sequence (my device was a old discontinued model) and walk me through the additional steps to kick start a hard reset. The service was quick (no long wait times) and instructions were clear. So so thankful! I would rate more stars if I could.

I was honestly a bit frustrated at first because I had sent an email about a product issue, but the response was taking too long. However, once I tried the online chat support, the agent responded quickly and solved my problem right away.

The support was fast, helpful, and very kind. In the end, everything was resolved smoothly.

Come with missing parts. Wait for 3 nights to get their reply of simply sorry and resend. Have to argue and only offer 5% refund. No ETA no expedite. Terrible Customer service and purchase experience.

Excellent Chair - Built to Last
I've had one of these chairs at my office for 7 years, and it's performed so well that I bought another for home. The quality is outstanding—they hold up incredibly well even with heavy daily use. Most importantly, they provide excellent back support, which matters since I spend long hours sitting for both work and leisure. Highly recommend.

It was a horrible experience with them. I ordered a desk, it came broken and missing parts. I sent them an email, and they didn't get back to me for a few days. Then, when they did, they told me I was building it wrong, so we wanted to try it again. I sent them videos initially and showed them exactly what it was, and they told me to try again. I went back and forth over the email like 10 times until they finally understood the desk was broken and missing parts. Then, they offered to send a $25 gift card for all the inconvenience. But now, I have to disassemble the desk, send back the old part, and get a new desk in. Probably, the whole thing cost me $3000 of labor and time. They didn't really accommodate to help make it better. I would buy a desk from somewhere else.
